Loving the start to this series. I’d recommend getting an AC unit of some sort for the garage. I did it and it changed my life. The cost of it initially is the only real investment because to keep a small room like that cool it won’t add much to your power bill.

The toughest part about living in FL is dealing with the extreme heat in the Summer months but you figured out how to get around it by working super early mornings. I love this State! Endless Possibilities and the Sourcing is off the hook!
