Thank you for this very clear video! One question: I have both my GA4 and Google Ads account linked to the same Google Tag, but I only set up the Google Tag trigger as a GA4 Page View. Should I add the Google Ads AW-XXX somewhere within GTM or does having the linkage to the same Google Tag from within Google Ads itself suffice? Thank you very much.
i added the snippet of GTM manually to my website. now for analytics will I have to paste its snippet again? i haven't done it till and my analytics is not showing any view count or info

If I already have code in my can I still add the GTM code? I also use clickmagiclk to track my metrics but want to add googles GTMs to train the robot on earlier metrics like clicks instead of just sales that come from clickmagick

You will need the Google Tag (for GA4) configured inside Google Tag Manager.

Hello, what is the difference between implementing the GA4 tag directly as a tag, or through a google tag manager. Does it have more advantages to do it through GTM so we can use the variable of GA4 "measurement ID" later on? Thanks for very valuable course.

After successfully implementing GTM using your tutorial, I'm unsure whether I should uninstall the Google Site Kit plugin for WordPress. I initially added the GTM code as functions via functions.php but later removed them since your tutorial seems to say they are not needed anymore? Could you clarify whether uninstalling Google Site Kit is recommended after GTM setup? I want to avoid redundancy and ensure the correct configuration.

Hi, thanks for this practical tutorial. Question: When adding the "Google Tag | GA4 | Page View" tag, you chose the Tag Type = "Google tag" and not the Google Analytics Tag. I'm confused. What is the difference between the Google Tag and the Google Analytics Tab in the context of this tutorial? Thanks in advance. O
It’s the same whether you select ‘Google Analytics’ first or not.

Thanks for the informative video. You have mentioned about removing "it" regarding Google Analytics from your site before publishing changes, can you please explain what do you mean? If I have site kit linked to the Analytics and Tag Manager, and I have site kit add the snippets for both (Analytics and Tag manager) to the website, is this correct?
If you already have Google Analytics installed on your website, then add GTM and add Google Analytics to GTM - you will have Google Analytics installed twice.
@@LovesDataIf I understand you correctly, by adding a tag in GTM, this essentially adds the snippets for say Analytics / Meta Pixel etc, to the website directly. So these snippets do not have to be added to the child theme > header.php . Is my understanding correct?

You got double Purchase events? Same problem here.. When im testing and doing a (test) purchase its giving me 2 purchase events + one ads_conversion_Aankoop_1.
