Hung curd sandwich | Yogurt veg sandwich | Dahi Sandwich |

Hung curd sandwich: Ingredients & Process.
Take a sieve
Muslin or plain cloth
Curd/ Dahi - 500 gms
Hang the curd for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Take out hung curd in a bowl
Add chopped onions, capsicum, carrots, green chillies, sliced olives & boiled sweetcorn.
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt & black pepper to taste
Mix
Take a bread slice
Apply spoonful of mixture.
Cover it with another bread slice.
Heat & grease a pan with Butter.
Place prepared sandwich.
Cook for 1 min on low flame
Flip
Cook for 1 min.
Take out.
Cut.
Serve & Enjoy.

It was tasty but i just realized yeast in bread and lactose in curd it's dangerous for both bacteria to come together i loved the recipe 😃

i. Yeast is a unicellular *fungus*. It is safe to consume when cooked. If you have allergies then it may just cause discomfort but nothing deadly.
ii. Lactose is a sugar which is naturally found in milk. If you are lactose intolerant then it may cause discomfort but without any allergies it is completely healthy to consume.
