Mash'allah my favourite reciting ever. Sheikh Harun Bukenya is a legend. May Allah give this man and his family success in Dunya and in Akhira
Verse 22 is highlighted here. The verses read:
فذكر إنما انت مذكر (21) لست عليهم بمصيطر ( 22)
So continue to remind (speaking to the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم) You are but a reminder (21) You are not the control (not there to compel them) over them (22)
The word بمصيطر (control over) is typically written in Arabic with a "c" rather than an "s". بمسيطر . It is otherwise here. This occurs only four times in the Qur'an. Scholars have suggested that the difference is utter and complete control (as in God's control) versus ruling control (government) by consent. That is only one explanation of scholars. This may be the reason they highlighted the text here.
The Qur'an is very exact, it tells the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم that he is not there to compel them in matters of belief, but does not preclude him from governing by consent. Hope this helps**.

I've been wondering for a good 6 months, why is the 22nd verse of surah ghashiya in a highlighted text...does it symbolise something? subhanallah this imam is great may allah reward us all
