The achievements of the East London Mosque, since the opening of the London Muslim Centre 12 years ago, have surpassed all expectations. Over 1.7 million people pass through our doors each year, as we contribute to society through education, advice services, interfaith dialogue, and social enterprise. This has been by the Grace of Allah, Who has blessed us with your generous support.
The Mosque now has to repay the Qard Hasanah (loans) that were used to complete the Maryam Centre and purchase the Synagogue building, whilst we maintain the regular upkeep of the busy Mosque complex. Please continue to donate, and encourage your family and friends, so we can clear our debt. We hope to make this house of Allah debt free, insha’Allah.
“Never will you attain the good [reward] until you spend [in the way of Allah ] from that which you love. And whatever you spend - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it.” (Al-Qur’an, 3:92)

Peace be unto you. I would like to say few things about our beloved Jesus Christ (pbuh). We believe he is The Messiah, The Prophet and Messenger of ALLAH, and we also believe in the Virgin birth. We also believe that his Mother Mary was one of the 4 best women who walked on the face of this earth and Muslim women are encouraged to imitate her piety, modesty and devotion to the Creator. So we Muslims love Jesus Christ and his mother very much. However, Christians nowadays have been brainwashed by the Church to believe Christ is Divine. My dear brother, I want you to ask yourself this question sincerely: do you think it makes sense for a Prophet of God to say to his people be my servants? No. Rather he would say "Be servants of God". You'll be surprised that there are many similarities between Islam and Christianity. Therefore, I humbly request you to read both books with sincerity and you will find that Jesus Christ pbuh never claimed Divinity, neither taught his disciples about Trinity. Rather he only affirmed what all the Jewish Prophets have proclaimed to their I.e the first commandment "Hear O Israel! The Lord Our God is One Lord". Worship The God of Jesus instead. Believe there is only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom he has sent. This was the prayer Jesus made to God for his disciples to believe. So my dear brother, I urge you to reconsider your beliefs and I only convey this message because I love you as you are my brother in humanity. By God's Will, I hope you become my brother in Faith. Thank you.

God sent his son Jesus too teach us a new way and he paid our sin debt on that cross through which we who are believers are forgiven for our sin( any wrong doing).Believe in him who God hath sent.Amen.
jon tupper Where did Jesus pbuh ever called himself Lord? why do you believe in things he never claimed in the first place? And where do any authors claim The gospels are God's Word? This what amazes me. you believe in things they never claimed in the first place. This beautiful and melodious Qur'an is truly The Word of God and testifies to believe in all prophets including Jesus Christ pbuh. To worship one God Only and not associate any partners. Concept of Trinity is nowhere in The Bible and yet you believe it? Please look into the Bible again and seriously question your beliefs just like I did mine.
