    That was a beautiful video !! I also am in love with galettes bretonnes and eat some as often as I can ! Living in France it's easier. However this version with avocado and shredded cheese sounds really nice and I don't think I've tried something like that before ! This made me so hungry ;) and it was beautifully filmed ! I really have to make more cooking videos, I miss it :)

    In Britanny (the celtic part of France) one of the food is what we call «galettes bretonnes» they are made with buckwheat, but not milk, water. depending on the region, you use or not eggs in your batter.
    and we eat them with savory garnitures (like cheese, ham and whatever you want) ;)
