I used to have very painful periods with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea on my period. I changed my diet by cutting out sugar, eating more vegetables, drinking plenty of water and a glass of okra water daily, exercise atleast 3 times a week and breathing exercises daily & now my periods are normal. The pain is mild, all symptoms are gone. Even my mood is good.

But I have some doubt . Please help me to figure it out. I took ovulation test on 21st July and found positive . The next day the test line was very faint. I have found my bbt to be 35.9 degree Celsius on 23 rd July morning and today (24th July) my bbt was 36.2. My cycle length is 27-28 days. My question is when is my ovulation day ? You’ve ask a lot of questions and I think I have answered them in my videos. Best chance to conceive is ovulation day. You are fertile throughout the period you get a positive test result. You can ovulate any of those days and conceive. You can have sex every day throughout your fertile days. Please watch my video on bbt again as I really took my time to explain when ovulation is LIKELY to occur. Thanks for watching again 🙏
Since your cycle is 27 and sometimes 28 you minus 14 from it (e.g 27-14=13 or 28-14=14) You add and minus your answer by 2( i.e 13+-2 = 11,12,13,14,15 or 14+-2= 12,13,14,15,16).
So for a 27 days cycle, your ovulation day is the day 13 of your cycle. For a 28 days period, your ovulation day is the day 14 of your cycle.

Now if I take the full flow day as the start of my period than this time my cycle length is of 30 days. But according to bbt and LH peak I have ovulated around 23 rd or 24 th of July. Now I am asking myself whether my luteal phase got lengthened. So many questions and so many doubts but learning a lot definitely.
