Everytime I look at a video from this company
I think of how Geniusly this wig is constructed.
(I know that’s not a word but still)
I also feel the price matches what is being sold.
Please don’t be discouraged by people being frustrated by the price point because when I look at the expected longevity (which is most important), innovation and easy styling
the price is more than equitable.
This is a wig that I know my mom & mom in law can use without the disappointment of feeling like it ages them if that makes sense.
I would suggest a payment option in the future though
because it is hard
to make such a large payment at once
for most people (even me lol)
But again this is a very equitable buy
and shout out to y’all for patenting your design.

None of the reviews show people who cornrow their hair down before install. I would like to see an innovative wig style olaced on someone who braided their hair down. Not everyones head has the capacity to just slick it back and have a flat wig they can place on top. Some of us have extremely thick hair (the kind where styleist will upcharge you from the sheer size of your natural hair lol) and have a head circumference that is larger than averge like 23.5 and above. I need to know if the thin part will still be flat and seamless with hair cornrowed all the way back with No Leave Out.

I love how y’all explained this. The technique is really simple. It takes me maybe 5 minutes. But there have been times I’m in a rush so I just wear it as a headband wig. @@mrs.b7858 hi! I kind of have a small head so all wigs run big on me, theirs is no exception. I still get the medium because I have a lot of hair. Most of the time I don’t braid my hair down. I pull it back into a bun, so I like a little extra room. I also use the adjustable straps in the back. Also the fit is tighter when I wear it with no leave-out because I’m bringing the top opening more close together. When I wear a leave-out the fit is a little bigger because I’m not bringing the opening as close together. I hope that makes sense!
How is the quality of the hair?
I’ve been buying from this company since 2014 with the 10 minute sewin wig. Switch to the thin part wig 2 yrs ago and love it even more. My initial attraction was the breathability of the cap. It’s not mentioned in this video but it’s a huge plus for me. Regular wigs make me hot. Their units ware fully breathable. No cap or net or anything. Of course the no leave out is major but the cap is a godsend for me.

Very nice unit and instructions, but not down for teasing my own hair. Seem damaging process over time will be the next complaints. Not to the company, but about breakage of their hair in that area. I will stay tuned!
Thank you for the compliments! This method was tested amongst focus group participants for over 1 yr before we introduced it to the market. No one experienced damage in our focus group. However, if you clip the wig to roots which are not teased but straight, you can definitely experience damage, particularly if your hair is fine or not kinky at your roots.

This video was very helpful. Im definitely considering purchasing however I'm interested in the differences in density with your products. I noticed a lot of people don't put the density that they got so I would love a video perhaps that shows the difference between a 180% vs 250% using different textures! It would also be nice if a more extensive breakdown could be offered regarding the benefits of picking a different grade.... Thanks so much. I have this wig and it has been worth it to me, i really like the parting and it does look unlockable. It has helped me with my frustrating hair issues lol It is super thick too honestly if they offered 150 density i would choose that instead. The quality is good i feel like it looks better after like 10 wears than it did when i first wore it. I am going to keep wearing it then try to the kym unit.

Most negative comments I saw was the quality of the hair provided to influencers vs non influencers…
That is a common misconception. It’s a tactic other companies may use but we do not. Otherwise we would not have a full warranty which covers any hair or wig cap defects. Given we replace the unit if there are issues, this makes it difficult to have legitimate complaints about us.

Bought 2 (one curly one kinky straight) for July 4 on May 12 and still haven't received. It's annoying because I have to find an alternative for the weekend after paying almost $900. They are very responsive with my complaints though but I need less apologies and more WIG DELIVERED emails lol

My concerns are that I’m very sad that I spent so much money on this wig.
1. I get that it is a patented product with the invisible hairline but it is not $300-600 worth of hair.
2. When the hair arrived it was not natural color, it was a light reddish brown that I had to dye to match my natural hair color. I know it’s not me because other companies that I have ordered came with the hair exactly my hair color.
3. The hair is not curly from the roots to the end. The roots ( and I have pictures) are not curly at all, wavy, 3A type of waves. Not 4A-4B at all, it is only that texture at the ends of the hair which gives the wig a flat, awkward looking style towards the end.
4. Washing the hair after the second time left me with Knots and Mats at the root of the hair! I was shocked because I know how to take care of my wigs and I had no idea why it matted the way it did.
5. The wig cap size is too large vertically on my head and when brushing the hair, it stretched the wefts out so that it now fits like a baseball cap on my head. I followed the directions, I ordered one size up in case I could size down but the cap is humungous, I would’ve went down two sizes if I could.
6. The return exchange policy is very strict for such an expensive hair company. I didn’t even open the hair or take it out of its packaging before I knew that the hair was not as advertised. It’s very hard to gauge over the internet and even after being advised, I was led in the wrong direction and should have gotten the more kinky hair unit. I don’t like closures or no leave-out with my u part wigs hence why I bought the unit. For quality, longevity, and to have a protective style where not a lot of my hair has to be out.
7. Not allowing honest reviews on UA-cam and on your website so that I could make an informed decision. I’m not picky and I’m sure seeing some people with similar experiences would have helped me choose either a more kinkier unit, but a higher quality blend, gain tips on how to make the hair last. Sometimes not all “bad” reviews hurt your company. It can help people make an informed decision about what they’re getting themselves into. I could not find one un paid promotion to allow me to see a true review of your products. I’m going to have to make a post to let girls know what is actually expected of IWW.
Overall I am extremely sad and disappointed, I expected so much more with customer service, quality of the hair, and construction of the unit with sizes. I invested in this hair and now I know that the money is down the drain. If I could I would have bought 5 $100 wigs to cycle out verses buying one unit that I expected to outlast all the other “cheap” ones.
I also contacted the company 2 days after the warrantee expired and I received no grace at all. I got “sorry it ended 3 days ago, too bad”. I didn’t even wear the unit until my birthday on December 30th and it was delivered Dec 26th.
After a month of wearing this wig I cannot say I recommend this company to someone investing $300-600 on a wig.

I bought the yaki true roots closure a while ago and I'm a little disappointed no demo was given for wearing straighter wigs/ closures without any leave-out. If I rely on this video, it only shows that you can only have a no leave-out with curlier textured wigs/ closures. I can't tease the roots of my yaki closure to make it blend, due to the texture.

You have to wash and style it no matter what or it will look like a synthetic wig even if it’s a human hair wig

My hair is not holding up. Maybe it's the cold weather. I traveled to Canada from Philly. I'm going to go home and give this wig some extra love before making a real judgment. Unfortunately, I left a postive review 2 weeks ago instead of waiting. I had to buy a wig. The girl in the store said the hair is fake. I just got the wig Nov.
You purchase comes with a warranty. Please follow the direction provided in your package and warranty emails. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
My issue is the hair tangled and shedded very badly during first co wash.

Still waiting for a video of the Candace wig. My concern is some of these wigs are straighter at the roots so I can’t spend that much money without seeing what it looks like on someone. I need a wig thats the same curl pattern from root as it is on the tip.
Candice would not be the best for this. You need a kinkier curl pattern like our Nicole or Jennifer units.

@@innovativeweaves6204 I’m not looking for very tight coils. I just want the pattern that is being described and advertised in the description to be the same from root to tip. This is why I want to see the wig. Kayla is listed as 4a, but in the videos the roots are straight which is why I haven’t purchased it. It’s also not a true 4a. Candace is shown as 3a, 3b yet the display on your sight is a tighter pattern than Kayla. So are you saying that the roots of your wigs don’t match the curl pattern that you advertise? Why would I have to purchase a highly coiled pattern, which is harder to care for and doesn’t match my texture, just to get consistency of the curl pattern from root to tip? This doesn’t make sense. My hair looks like the coils in Candace. I’d like that pattern to be consistent from root to tip or it will look like a wig.
@@innovativeweaves6204 Your website also says that your wigs mimic a true roots closure. Part of that is the curl pattern being the same or similar in consistency from root to tip. Candace looks uniform just like Kayla does on your website, but in the video Kayla looks straighter in the roots. That’s the reason why I keep asking to see Candace installed.

What does the sew in process look like?
Can you create a part, separate the teased hair and add an anchor braid under under the teased hair? Or can this be sewed down around the perimeter.
Anchor braids can be worn if wearing a leave-out or if sewing it in. They can not be worn with no leave-out while wearing wig clips. Yes it can be sewn down around the perimeter.

It always has☺️ It comes in lengths 12-26 inch. You may need to adjust your density selection of you don’t see longer lengths. 150% density can not be offered in longer lengths. It’s much too thin.

So this is a U part wig with clips
Lol, it’s similar to a u part but with some upgrades. there is no Weft at the top. The top opening mimics real hair roots and the opening at the top is much thinner than a u part. The cap is also 100% breathable as well as other features.

So is this thin part wig secure, i.e. will it blow off in the wind? Also can it be sewn on and still look natural?
It is secure. There are wig combs around the perimeter. Yes it can be sewn on. Do not select wig clips if you want to sew it down.

can I custom order the jada wig in 14/16 inches?
@samira j. We are unable to do custom orders at this time. We recommend ordering the 16 inch and having your hair stylist add layers.
Can I straighten the curly wig?
Yes it can be straighten. If you straighten it often or without a good heat protectant the curls will loosen over time.
You all have Sezzle as an option but take away the ability to use it when trying to purchase the more affordable unit. You take away what makes the unit affordable not allowing the use of Sezzle for that unit. Before i leap and spend a car payment i want to be able to secure a cheaper option.

The wig should come co washed to wear straight-out-of-the-box.
Ours does not. Our customers prefer this, partly because it signals that it was not a returned/used wig being resold to them. Co-Washing it as soon as they receive it also gives them the opportunity to inspect it for any defects such as excessive shedding or tangling, in which our full coverage warranty permits exchange should they experience this.
No wig company does that... it's up to the buyer to use the washing method they feel is most optimal.
