Girl as gorgeous as this hair looks! Their customer service is AWFUL! Do not buy if you are spending your money on this hair. Customer service acts like they cant take simple time to answer basic questions that they know their website does not share or tell. They also always having issues with the payment processing but don't tell you until your money shows pending in your account. Second time trying to order with them and having a terrible experience. So I would say buy at your own risk.
How’s the hair quality though?
@@ChiOfo trash girl! I had this hair for 2 weeks and it was good. I only cowashed it and the curl is gorgeous. But the hair is dry! It's like every hour you need to sprits water and keep a Denman brush on you EPSECIALLY for the nape. I wouldnt suggest wearing this wig as a usual unit. Just special occassions for longevity. But I suggest finger coiling the ends for the best look and a longer style. And prepare for shedding when you need to brush out the nape and ends.
@@ChiOfo it does best with the herbal essence natural line and aussie line for conditioner. Surprised it did terrible with my as I am products

First let me start by saying that you rocked it!!! Now... I actually ordered this unit based on your video and how it looked. What I actually got was not it.... smdh. The curls did not look anything like they do in this video. Hate to say it but I was disappointed in the unit I got.

Update #1. Wig came in today! Only took 4 days. First impression, looks about a 150 density. I ordered a 22inch. Smells like the standard factory wigs so I washed and deep conditioned it. Hair is very very soft and the curls are pretty! I’ll return when I figure out how to put this on cause it’s a bit tricky lol also it came with the same goodie bag as hers did

@@VesselOfYAH I’d say it’s mid density. It’s not thin but it’s not thick and full at least compared to my natural hair. I don’t get excessive shedding just the typical shedding with maintaining curly hair
