Love that big ol’ Novation knob!
U know it! Where can I get that I have to have it.
Watch a video where author and punisher goes through the stuff he has built. Some pretty impressive and physical controllers!
Bleep Bloop Fest 2024
Big thanks to @reverb for visiting @madsoundfactory at #superbooth24! It was great having you explore our DROP!
YEAAH CHASE BLISS !!
lol i would love to buy this big knob from novation
Actually been looking for something to that effect !
Imagine giant knob filter sweeps.
So totally bad ass.
I'm in too!
The dude has a name 🤣
🤔😅
I sincerely agree!
I think something that gets lost with synths is that sometimes the audience can't tell what the heck you're doing.
If you had a big ass knob to turn, they'd know, haha!
Superbooth seems so fun and pure. Nobody cares about songs or showing off their chops, they're just there for the celebration of SOUND. It doesn't matter if there isn't a single person there that could tell you what an eight note was, much less a major chord, it's all about the love of the game, and it's inspirational.
you have to submit a track at the gate
sound and engineering 🫡
Silhouette is cool! like a modern take on the 1937 ANS light synthesizer!
thanks su much!
Synth sounds great through a stereo delay and huge ambient reverb algorithm so props to any companies out there that demo their stuff dry as a bone.
(I know this because I play guitar and any random noise I make sounds great if I have enough pedals turned on.)
whats that big blue button behind the keyboard at 1:07
Check the ohmicide eurorack module! Looking forward to see that
Love to see new mpe controllers!
love how much fun this guy is having!
Was that Knobs in the chase bliss
For PS1 start up nostalgia @3:10
Cover Animal Factory Amplification if you can
So the Onward plays for you? Idk, I dont get it.
Good to see you’re at SuperBooth, but half the stuff you’ve shown here was there in 2023 too! Please show us what’s new. You’ve probably only covered a fraction of the exhibits anyway as it’s truly huge and spread out.
We got lots of new new stuff today-stay tuned
I thought the Chase Bliss guy said it had a "civility" knob for a sec
Huge ! A modern-day warrior
Mean, mean stride
Today's Tom Sawyer
Mean, mean pride
No Moog wth my guys
I was at their booth and they were just showing the Spectravox of which there are already tons of videos out there.
The new Arturia synth is missing. Honestly none of this interests me. Easy GAS avoidance
go check out bastl thyme
Freaky ! 🤘👽
Novation keeps impressing us with BS2 after ten years
TEO5 its amazing
Everything else its just blips, noise and blops
If this is the coolest stuff you saw then you clearly weren’t looking.
Were you there?
@@RMMChicagoOfficial yes, but I don’t think that’s particularly required here. There’s a ton of video from the event. Though I suppose there’s no accounting for taste. :)
So much knob turning….so little actual musicianship….
I mean it's kind of all about the devices so that would make sense for this. Playing these instruments with impressive musical chops would overshadow the demo imo.
@@blankspace0000 point taken. The larger observation is that a lot of this gear is being developed for and marketed to people who can’t really play. Which is fine. It’s just my particular observation.
@@80smusicproducer the future is not being able to play
@@klonewavverr2909 well, the future will keep its own counsel. But I suspect it will also exclude a lot of non players. Ai is already better at it than most humans.
Yes it’s being marketed to a new wave of musicians that are not only inspired by technic but sound and technology. Music doesn’t have to be traditional all the time
But I see no flaw in your observation
