I'm really sorry for him, but his was a toxic love. He had gone too far, and never regretted it.

He deserved it he was like that other lady that can't take No for an answer. How do you claim to love someone but if you can't have them you rather kill them. That is not love.
What makes it worse is he grew up with Sang Qi. Their childhood friends. He said he wanted to get rid of his weakness. But I think despite his mental obsession with her. Her presence as a friend actually would've given him strength. He thought he'll be free once she's gone. But that would make it worse for him. He'll be swamped with guilt and he would miss her even more as with her dead he would never beable to see her face again. No doubt it would've ended the same way for him. His commenting suicide. If the guy had Succeeded with killing Sang Qi. He would never expience peace again.
This episode really made me cry
He never loved her since he wanted to possess her. Love will never turn into something else. If someone you love does you wrong then all that happens is new feelings based on that experience comes into existence and is now associated with that person. You then choose to stop showing love to that person. He had harbored and nurtured hate and greed in his heart which corrupted the good that she knew in him.
