I'm really disappointed with the decision of the judges. For me, Ben won 1 and 2 rounds, he lost 3 round, but round 2 was just incredible.

Someone has their eyes open...Alex I think has a better ear than the average listener when it comes to listening to the details of music. I think it could've went either way, but Alex hits beats that a lot of dancers wouldn't or couldn't catch...same goes for Icee, it's subtle.

Eh, I think Alex's musicality isn't all that. I mean it's good, but I've never once not understood what he was hitting. Considering his movement's relatively simple (and it's fairly easy to predict the course of movement he'll take), it's not too hard to catch on what he does. Same goes for Ben. Or any dancer on earth really lol after you understand the basics of how they move.

That's because they are most likely using pure emotion to decide who won. They are reacting to the insane energy Ben brought during the first two rounds and the fact that the crowd lost it in the second round.
Throughout each round though, Alex consistently had more musicality and brought more original concepts. Aside from some obvious hip weakness in the second round, Alex also was more clean.
As an aside; Alex really should consider a proper weight training program, with special emphasis on hip strength. I would love to coach some of these dancers on their S&C program (which I bet is non-existent for most). Creative but somewhat weak dancers like Alex could be gods with a bit of work in that area. Diablo's intro/groove stuff is basically all "look how strong my hip muscles are", and Alex could have that tool if he just worked at it 3x/week for about a year or two.
