What’s the requirements to become a switcher at FedEx?

Driver's license and a little trailer experience I didn't really have much trailer experience, but if you get lucky, they'll teach you.
But it just depends because there are two switcher types. There are no CDL switchers; these guys only move trailers on FedEx property. That's what I am. then you have CDL switchers. These guys move trailers between two different warehouses or something. I'm not too sure what the CDL switchers do. But in short, if you're applying for a no CDL switcher position, all you need is a driver's license and to pass a drug test. If you have no trailer-backing experience, it's really not that hard. They are more than likely going to teach you because not many people can pass a drug test, and switchers are a rare breed, so I'm told worth a try :)
