Great breakdown Coach! I think this Offense is by far the best the Ravens ever had! Can’t wait to get Keaton Mitchell back!

I definitely want to see a defensive tape breakdown. Ravens don't need a best in the league defense, but it can't be last in yardage through the air, the secondary is too stacked with talent and played great last year. The coaching overturn would have to be the main issue imho.

4:05 that’s not Lamar being fired up about a big gain, that’s him pissed off at Stanley! He has a habit of stopping to find a block. He did last year and Lamar chewed him out. Ran it correctly a few plays later and scored a TD. Stanley has to realize and trust that Lamar is going to be right behind him. Keep steam rolling and don’t look back! From the sideline view, it’s a potential TD if Stanley doesn’t hold up Lamar. The LBs both ran the wrong way and the corner was being blocked. Can’t miss out on opportunities like that.

    • @mobrown1198

From the end zone view, Stanley had to go around, actually made an extremely athletic play for a man of his size, and jump around the bodies as the guards were blocking down.
      Slowed Lamar’s momentum.
I don’t know if Lamar was pissed at Stanley, you don’t know either… just subjective.
FTR, I thought the same until I watched the end zone view, and in real time from certain angles you don’t see this.
Lamar also cut in and spun, if he kept straight (he would’ve ran past #24 Bell)
Maybe he was made at himself for cutting inside and spinning instead of running straight. After Ronnie had made the block.
      Perspective is a MF.
In general, as a fan, I don’t know what these players think unless they reveal it. Everything else, even using that example from last season… is just us projecting what we think. It’s our opinion,
but I don’t know, just like you don’t know.
It’s our opinion on what we think from our perspective.

@@mobrown1198 that wasn’t the problem tho. Once Stanley got around the guards, you clearly see him stop and sort of wait to find a block. That’s when Lamar had to push him. There was nothing in front of Stanley at that moment, so he was stuck in no mans land. I get he doesn’t want to runoff on Lamar, but that’s why I said he has to trust that #8 will be right behind him.
Lamar has to cut and spin bc the window closed and he tried to make more happen. But if Stanley keeps running when gets around the edge, he could’ve chipped the corner and gave Lamar clearance for the sideline. When Lamar gets up, he’s looking at Stanley and says something emphatically. I feel like I’ve watched enough Lamar to know when he’s chewing someone out or praising them. He definitely wasn’t praising Stanley there or mad at himself. Remember he had to push Stanley the same way he did last year vs. Houston in the divisional game, and they caught him on camera yelling at him. They ran it again and Stanley does it correctly for a TD. After, Lamar runs up the tunnel and takes a picture with Stanley.

He has improved week to week but he will never be the guard the ravens need just because of scheme.ravens put him there out of desperation but even in this video coach criticizes Faalele as an OPENING Statement without even telling the full story that’s bs.

Go for Wednesday, please. I've thought that we've been stung in the middle of the secondary too many times this year. Someone has to emphasize keeping an eye on of your baggage when the play goes on too long. The hole in the deeper center gapes, and usually a tight end waltzes through for a catch and extra yards.

On the double clutch, #57 was in the direct path, he put his hands up…
You can definitely see why he pulled it down from the end zone angle.
It was a play early in the game, an incompletion to Zay Flowers who was wide open in the flat… Lamar had to pump, and adjust his arm angle… and real time television view, it looks like Lamar made a bad throw.

Defense: bring in Bill Belichick as a defensive consultant.
Offense: I have never seen a Ravens offensive performance like that. What I’m talking about is level of QB play. Level of RB play. Level of WRs balling out. All three TEs making plays. Sky is the limit.
Keep Mekari at LG and give me Cleveland at RG and it will be scary.

Love your vids man, from a Ravens fan in the UK. What is up with the defense? As u said, we look under prepared. Is this typical from a rookie DC? Is it the players at fault too? I love Mike Mac and think he's awesome but I struggle to understand this incredible drop off on defense. Naturally you'd expect some drop off, but not one as big as this, surely? We still have great players on that side of the ball. Do you have faith in them turning that side of the ball around?

Hoping the either move Voorhees or Mekhari in his spot. Every game is going to be a shootout if the defense cant create turnovers.

The Aireal view is much different than 1st person view. No different than passing the ball. at times, a QB will miss targets that's open for a brief moment. It's easy watching from the sky at the comfort of our sofas. The QBs are actually dealing with pressure and have a brief moment to scan the field to find out what receiver is open before he's sacked. It has been some times that I know Lamar would have gotten a big run if he kept it, tho.

For those, viewers who are ex full contact wrestlers, hockey players, martial artists, boxers, street hoopers; whether you began at 5 or 20 and now you are in your later 30's to even 40's... This channel is great but the hype about Jackson as an athlete is for golfers. Football players are used to contact and now things have less physical impact cause of rules and fake NFL compassion about safety. Jackson running through contact is laughable to a 50 year ex college wrestler. Jackson is smart about his safety unlike Josh Allen... And unlike Andrew Luck, Jackson has a chance at a long career unlike This and Allen. I wish people to enjoy hyperbole but Jackson ain't a tough guy. Excellent effort without the cheese.

I am sure he’s not as tough as an oil rig worker either.
But this is a football film breakdown, and the toughness is within the context of FOOTBALL…
you’re right about the other things…
