any other recommendations for places to live in TN? I have been looking to rent and want to make the right move. (the internet recommended Brentwood, but I forgot to pack all my hundred dollar bills in my suitcase)
@@CapinCrunch I would suggest checking out Columbia, Gallatin, Murfreesboro, or Clarksville if you are looking for more affordable options. If you'd like to be closer to Nashville, I would research rental prices in different neighborhoods of Nashville and go from there!
75% of Murfreesboro consists of transplants - and most are oblivious to the pleasant town that Murfreesboro was 30 years ago. The increase in cost of living, traffic, crime and homelessness is turning the town into nasty Nashville.
That's because your corrupt RepubliKKKan government isn't doing anything for you! You haven't figured that out yet? Scoot over democracy is on the way making life better for everyone and not just the government officials. All red states are suffering under corrupt and incompetent leadership. Best economy ever and you people are suffering, it's reprehensible! Blue on the way! 💙🌊
Really? You miss the old days when women had no rights, black people were slaves and knew their place and gay people didn't dare let anyone know they're gay. When parents would beat the gay out of children, when they were sent to Concentration Camps where they were abused until they were straight. Did you know people have no influence over their sexuality? Democracy and the Construction are coming your way. White Supremacists and NAZIS are not welcome in the United States of America! 💙🌊💙🌊💙🌊💙
There is nothing to do in Murfreesboro and the food options are lacking. The town is dead at 9pm. Depending where you are from that may or may not bother you. No the cost of living is not high.
Pls give advice as renters and is it younger, older crowd, are people cliquish to outsiders moving there Is it safe (really) Are there jobs for non career people
No it’s not clickish as most everyone is from somewhere else. It is very safe and yes there are lots of jobs. Its extremely boring but a good place to raise kids.
@@nicolesawyer7117 no it is a terrible place to raise kids. Unless you want them to become Fascists, Nazis and White Supremacists. It's a terrible Un-American place.
Average rent $1200? Average home $345? How old is this video. I would say average rent $1800 and home price $450 or so. If you are thinking of moving here-Sorry-There is no more room-we are full-No Vacancy!
@@2wheeldom11 I’m afraid so.Murfreesboro is no longer the nice, clean, friendly community that it once was. Too many people have moved here and our infrastructure cannot support the volume. Most native middle Tennesseeans are fleeing. Our town is ruined! Hope you enjoy your time here though. Stay safe.
@mistyvaughn5558 that sucks to hear. It's the more affordable area around Nashville. My gf works in Nashville so we've been saving up for a house and finally making the move in Feb.
It's labeled one of the most welcoming states🤣 dude people will stand outside a Walmart just to stand in a group and talk about people while their genitals reeeekk of sweat😭
I’m sure it’s prettier there but apparently Knoxville has highest cases of lung cancer in the state from all the air pollution? And pigeon forge is small? Love the Eastern side when visiting :)

I have a niece that lives in Murfreesboro. She loves Murfreesboro.
What’s better Murfeesboro or Columbia?
How white is it
Thanks!
How is section 8 housing? Is it run down and ghetto? Or is it easy to find something roach free
🙄 Good question, I would also like to know.
Don’t move here looking for free handouts.

Amen! Been here my whole life. Hate it now. They ruined it.

Can you please talk about Stmra next time which is south of Nashville Smyrna
What is the price for affordable apartments like in Murfreesboro?
Not affordable at all
Columbia TN is more affordable.
Only Nazis and White Supremacists can afford it.
I miss the Murfreesboro I grew up in. Too much traffic now.
Same here.
Rented here for a bit, but plan to come back once prices (hopefully) come down..
Would you recommend this city, Hendersonville, or the gulch? Thank you!
It’s not Murfee- is MurfRee
Mufeesboro is how people say it.
@@donnav7103 Like Murphy?
Is there a good place to live outside Murfreesboro?
Yes, what's there to do. Is the cost of living high
Hey Shirelle! I actually have done a video on the cost of living in Murfreesboro, you should check it out!

The usual NAZI, Fascist Entertainment like book burnings, gay bashing, cross burnings etc. .

Nazis and White Supremacists are very cliquish and don't not like anyone who's not a white supremacist and Nazi.

I know right the country side is being taken over by Murfreesboro

They have so many Drag Queens.....
Really? I thought the white large pointy hoods are KKK!
I'm thinking of renting a home there☺️
Please stop saying Murphysboro hahahaha
Man i have never seen so many white woman with mixed babies as i did when i was there😂, didn't know they moved like that in small towns

Eastern Tennessee is better
where in Eastern TN?
Shhhhhh...dont tell too many people! 😊

Like it’s pretty there but there is a TON of Ill education and nothing to do!
That’s not even what it’s called
I wouldn't want to live there now. The fact that they made bring gay illegal means everyone in that city is a target.
