Brother had this model ..silver half black padded roof .. black leather interior....this vehicle was so badass..one the best stately cars of it's time .. watching this car turn at night with it's turn lamp on was out of this world.. beautiful styling
Actually this car had the 472 engine in it. It wasn't until 1975 - 1976 that they had the big 500CI engine. My first Caddy was a 1974. Loved that floater!
You may want to double check that. The 500 was in the Eldorado through 76...take a look at the pics on our website. You'll see the engine bay & more info on the powerplant.
That is not a '74 front grill. It looks like a '75 grill. I had a '74 Eldorado 500 cubic in engine. I loved that car. When you drove it was like you were floating down the road.
The Landau bars and hood ornament need to go

@@uniqueclassiccars Well son of a gun.. Lookie there. I had a Deville and I thought all '74's had the 472. But still loved the old Eldo's :)
My first car was 74 eldorado with 500 cu. Engine
1970 was the 1st year of the 500ci. Only in the Eldorado .In 1970 this engine made 400grooss hp.& 550 gross torque .
Pimpmobile supreme. 70’s cool!
Compared to rolling "high tech" GARBAGE nowadays...This BEAUTY is worth EVERY CENT!!!
Love it
I wonder if it was sold yet!
It is quite a beauty, makes me want to keep mine and fix it up.
Que carrão lindo 😍😍👍
They had power seats even in the 70s?! That’s cool i hadnt realized that ! lol
They had forward and back power seats in the 1940s and four-way power seats in the 55 Thunderbird
They had them in the 40s and 50s too.

Other than it being an older car. For the most part where there any major problems to look for with these 74 Eldo’s ?
Need a tilt, and telescopet stirring wheel
I can't believe that car is 47 years old.
The left rear quarter has had some work but it's a nice car.
It looks like two cars, one much smaller, welded together.
Just bought one. It's cosmeticly in bad shape but engine looks perfect. Going to rebuild the engine in throw it in my 78 bronco.
You wanna sell the car??
@@oldschoolhiphop2275
I got two of them in same shape. I'll sell one I guess.
Looks like a pimps car.
Those cadillacs look like caskets on wheels.
Noice! 💙 The Ultimate Ghetto Cruiser!
If weren't for that bar on the c-pillar, it would have just been a nice cruiser instead.
That wasn't the image of this car on Dukes Of Hazzard.
Just my opinion..the landau bars detract from the ORIGINAL beauty of the car...
Yes. Those and the hood ornament. Take ‘em all off, put the factory hood ornament back on and and it’ll be perfection.
what idiot put those stupid landau irons on there. Totally ruins what was a nice low mile car.
Where's my bitches at ?...lol
Bu bebeği Türkiyeye getircem..
