It worked! Mine was frozen, stuck on Bluetooth. Remote wouldn't work (even changed battery). Pressing buttons did nothing, turning off main breaker didn't shut off power. I didn't see screws until I tried taking a flat head 🪛 screwdriver and discovered the screws were hidden behind a faceplate on both sides of the radio! Super easy to pull out. Fuse looked good, then just did the Hard Reset, and it started working! Thank you!!!

That was the problem on my Street Glide. The stereos fuse was bad once i pulled it out of the fairing.

So inside speakers Zone A works good, but outside speakers zone B nothing. No sound in our RV.
Speakers by putting my ear to them doesn't sound like blown speakers, no static, noise nothing.
How do you remove the fuse ? We’re do you go to get a new one . Owned my camper for only a week .

Our radio works fine...UNTIL you plug something into any outlet - then it goes to static. Once you unplug the item - radio comes back on. I don't where to start troubleshooting this one -
My radio comes on.....volume on display works but no sound.....wires from speaker are hooke up/wired....

I would try that, it can't hurt but could help
Step one should be make sure the factory actually wired it correctly.
