When I heard this the first couple of times a few years ago I didn't really like it all that much, but recently UA-cam played it behind another tune I was listening to and I listened to is again, and I made the discovery that this is really some excellent music! I'm glad I was lucky enough to hear it again and really listen to it this time.
This is the original one. "Dice" from Finley Quaye (recorded by William Orbit, 2003) is sampled with this first "Roll The Dice", included in Beth Orton's Superpinkymandy album (1993), produced by William Orbit too.
"I don’t really see 'SuperPinkyMandy' as one of my records, it seemed like it was William (Orbit)’s record, and from then on it was really important to stake my own claim on what I did, and make my own music and prove to myself that I could actually do this thing that had come out of nowhere at the age of 19" Think that might help clarify?
anyone here love the movie arrival with amy adams? the art on this cd reminds me of the writing(made me ink!)abbott&costello used to communicate with us. golly folks...when will we begin to use the 97.25% of our brain never tapped into???

She said: I only want to possess you.
I once asked her if she was ever going to release this in the US.... she said "fuck no." I'd love to know the drama behind this album.

@@sc2057l It would still be nice for it to be on Spotify. Especially since it's so similar to Kidsticks.
Just buy the CD. I got mine for under $200. :D
@@McSlobo That's about what mine cost too, lol. Only 5000 were ever pressed, and she seems serious about never re-releasing it.
