How is anyone just now realizing bonds have gotten out of hand? They used to be 1m each. But a combination of two things caused them to skyrocket.
First, moronic flippers who kept flipping bonds knowing they have to pay 10% just to make it tradeable. The more they were flipped , the more the idiots had to pay to trade them so they just kept raising the price.
Second, jagex giving us 30 obscenely high gold generators for every 1 extremely weak gold sink. It's almost as if uncontrollably high gold generation is harming the osrs economy.
Want to fix bonds naturally? Jagex needs to stop making so many sources of gold generation (like alchables or being able to profit by selling to stores) and introduce real meaningful gold sinks. Then once the costs of bonds drops to reasonable levels, cap how much they can be traded for. If they cost 5m each for example, you can't sell it for more than the price of the bond plus however much it takes to make it tradeable, so 5.5m in this case. That would completely destroy anyone who is still foolish enough to try and flip them.
