Can we use a button instead of drilling the cap?

HelloI hi... To your question, I believe it is possible. Good and successful day

The question is whether the button is too thick because you still need to connect two parts ... I believe you will find a suitable way to solve it

What size should the hole be

Hi, hello there ! I made the hole this time not so small.. because I didn't want the "sand timer" to be as small as the head of a pin because then the sand comes down slowly and it can reach 10 minutes or more.. I preferred to make a hole the thickness of the soldering iron I used.. about the thickness of a match head..maybe a little less..depends on what you decide. Then the sand comes down faster and that's what I wanted..😍🤩😉

Hello ! What you can do ... You can take plastic bottles - make a hole between them - and use regular sand from the outside to filter it..and continue from there according to the instructions..thanks and have a good day.

Hi there ... I think you can buy or collect Otto air fresheners. Dry well when you have finished using it..it will be used to put the sand into them...Or excellent sand that you get from the outside - filtered of course so that no thick parts and unwanted dirt remain. Or just buy ready-made sand. All colors are really inexpensive at all. Very cheap...

And if you want either a thin piece of plastic..or just a specification of guitar, a thickness of 60 -70 cm is recommended..then according to the video as you can see according to the instructions

and if in spite of everything does not go! or it's expensive! you just cheaply buy two small bottles like such small test tubes and move on from there as usual. Send me a response .. when you manage to make one ... of course it's very easy

Like so many videos of this type, you spend waaaay too much time just looking and handling things. It wastes viewer time and is irritating.

Hi to you! 🤗 I very much accept what you said, it may be true! Although some of the viewers really liked the photos and close-ups I made to illustrate how it really works, they also asked about all the parts, etc. I don't compare my video to others.. It seemed at the time that they were doing too simple for my taste. But if it annoys you the way it's presented and that it's long I understand you too much. It's a shame that I was hoping you would like it. Thanks for the comment. Have a good and enjoyable day.
