For $3,200, the GE Profile PHS920SFSS range flaunts handsome stainless-steel styling, advanced induction cooking and a powerful convection oven, but its membrane-style touch panel is far from intuitive.

Confusing burner controls? The burner location is RIGHT NEXT to the buttons you're pushing. How is that hard to figure out? I have the cooktop. NOT DIFFICULT for those who can read. You're kinda nit-picking there. "H" is for high (NOT for HEAT) and boils water in

Get used to the FA92 error code and only 7-seconds of use on the burners....

I've tried almost every cleaner for glass cook tops. All left oily looking finish, I now use DAWN dish washing liquid. Cleans well and doesn't leave any residue behind. One thing I don't like about this range, is the warming element control. Leaning over to clean or stir a pot on the small burner, the controls are often turned on. This is a real safety concern that has been brought to GE's attention but to no avail. I've also had the mother board replaced twice and now the burners don't cook evenly. Don't know that I'd purchase another GE but 5 yeas ago, it was the only one available and we had to wait a month to get it.

The numbers are not readable. I have to turn the overhead kitchen light on to see the on/off switches and the temperature controllers. These functions are so annoying to use to make the purchase of this unit clearly not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.

Got one. One of the circuit board failed after 3 years. GE as well as all other suppliers doesn't have the part in hand and won't have it within 7 (yes SEVEN) months from now. The part is also very very expensive... around $600 USD. I will NEVER buy GE product again and highly recommend all youtubers to do the same and avoid these poorly made products.

I am just replaced my 3rd board on this stove. Luckily the first two were on warranty. I had a third board I got for free and was able to have it swapped out for $125. Once this board inevitably blows I'll be looking for a new stove. I love induction cooking as we are an all-electric home, but avoid GE.

@@patriciamoffitt1058 Even a lifetime warranty is useless if GE can't provide the repair before MONTHS ! I don't know for you but for me it's something i need on a daily basis.....MONTHS of waiting is out of question

ugh those laminated buttons are so ugly and cheap looking. GE needs to take some notes of style from samsung and most other induction ranges and go to touch screen
