I just moved into a condo , and chose this stove . It will be my first time not have a gas stove . Watching this video has really used my excitement about my new kitchen that I will have . Great video
The most beautiful induction range design I've ever seen and felt. The swivel handle is amazing, so much so I ordered 5 more swivel handles to go on the Miele French Door Refrigerator and Lumen Dishwasher.
Knob controls are far superior to the touch controls. Over complicating a simple function just causes issues. I could tell you some horror stories about the fancy washing machine the wife wanted. Great video btw.
Agree, just wish they would install knobs for their induction cooktops. I can see so many things that could go wrong if the touch-screen panel was to go kablooey.
Even with the tilt out it looks like it’s in a location that requires you to bend over to really have a clear view. the labelling on the knobs appears to be on the flat forward facing surface. Seems awkward.
I’ll be moving into a new home (in FL) later this year and will be cooking on an electric range for the first time ever and I’ve heard some good things from people who are using induction ranges. I’ve watched your video on the Wolf induction range so my question is of the two ranges which one is better quality? Which is the easiest to install? Which is the easiest to use? I’m really enjoying your videos and hope to see one on the Viking induction range.
Both ranges are really good. They are hard to choose between. Pricing wise they are close as well, with the Wolf being slightly less money. As far as quality is concerned, I would call them equal. Both are very simple to install, both are easy to use. The Wolf is more geared towards home chefs or pros as it has no "computerized" cooking modes and recipes. It just does what you want on a range, but your in total control the whole time. The Miele, with it's built-in touch screen and Masterchef system is geared more towards people who are not "chefs" per se and want to learn more and have the oven guide them in the cooking process. Both have their place, the question is what kind of range suits you best. If you are going to be purchasing in the South Florida area I hope you will come and visit us here at The Kitchenworks, we would love to sell you one of these amazing machines.
Here is my review of the Wolf: ua-cam.com/video/J8AJydX1IQA/v-deo.html Both the Wolf and the Miele are great ranges, the Wolf beats in terms of cost (it is around $1k less) and the Miele edges out with tons of cooking modes and Master Chef. So it just depends on what you are looking for in a range.
My thought is that, if you don't want to think about cooking so much that you want the oven to do the thinking for you, perhaps, you should find a better way to spend your $7000.00 - because, obviously, cooking is not something you enjoy doing! And, if you enjoy cooking, you neither need nor want an oven doing the thinking for you - so, again, you should probably find a better way to spend your $7000.00!
This range makes cooking more convenient and pleasurable for me. Find what you want to bake or roast...select it using oven controls and voila...perfect meal every time. Money well spend for all the members in my family that cook and bake. Can't go wrong with Miele.
Just asking, a pan fell on the open door and broke the glass, the one rimmed with black closet to the oven when the door is closed, anyone else have this issue.
That front panel being motorized sounds like the kind of unnecessary complication that needs repairs all the time. A spring-loaded system would have done fine.
This is miele, no way anything would go wrong. There are barely any cases of any products breaking. They are actually the most reliable brand of home appliances.
Just got this and I can’t believe how crappy this is. I just spent over $7000 for a total piece of crap. Bought if for the craftsmanship and it came with huge defects. I haven’t even plugged it in due to the defects. How did this ever leave the factory? I purchased this to last twenty years and I absolutely no faith that this will last. The best part is that Mieli now wants me to jump through hoops while the service tech takes three weeks to get here. It’s a brand new range for god’s sake. What has happened to this company?
We purchased this range! It is MAGIC! I'm a chef & this range is the end all be all! Bravo! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Miele!

Good move. Let us know how you like it after it's in!
make sure you get really good cookwere, if using mixed metal sometimes it can vibrate
Love the knobs to control the top, the oven should be offered with knob controls as well.
The most beautiful induction range design I've ever seen and felt. The swivel handle is amazing, so much so I ordered 5 more swivel handles to go on the Miele French Door Refrigerator and Lumen Dishwasher.
Gene Shin how much are extra handles?
Very well explained. I bought one. Terrific performance. Absolutely versatile for someone who knows gourmet food preparation.
Wish you had shown or talked about the maintenance mode. Also would have liked to have seen more of the cooktop performance.
Knob controls are far superior to the touch controls. Over complicating a simple function just causes issues. I could tell you some horror stories about the fancy washing machine the wife wanted. Great video btw.
thanks John

I agree on that, their induction cooktop controls are weak compared to the competition. Those knobs would make them AMAZING.
Thank you so much for posting this - I purchased this and am waiting for it to arrive but learning all these features in advance is beyond helpful ❤️
How do you like your new range?
Can you do a video on the wolf 30 inch induction duel fuel range
amazing product- love that kitchen to. induction is a neat technology might have to make this upgrade for family safety!
the only flaw I see is that the steam from opening the oven will probably ruin the control panel in a few years
Even with the tilt out it looks like it’s in a location that requires you to bend over to really have a clear view. the labelling on the knobs appears to be on the flat forward facing surface. Seems awkward.
Everytime I watch a yacht tour video, these appliances appear in their galleys.
The stove seems pretty nice. The controls for the oven? ... oh, hell no! Way too complicated.
ok but how do you just select an oven temperature and roast time
Any bridge on top to cook pancakes etc on large skillets
Great review of this high end range.

I really like the floor, is that tile or vynil ?, I'd love to know.
Ceramic tile
Does it SELF CLEAN?
Induction is kick ass. People bitching about touch screens are probably using a touch screen phone or tablet to complain about it. 😃
Can u help me sir how to take off the unlock thnkz for reply
Beautiful

How much the price sir?
the oven seems way over the top
Anyone who got one of these have updates?

Miele has made it bigtime by selling appliances which are overfeatured and obscenely expensive to repair. My $7k has better use.

Can anyone tell me how to find the toe kick?
Just asking, a pan fell on the open door and broke the glass, the one rimmed with black closet to the oven when the door is closed, anyone else have this issue.
Yeah and Miele is most expensive. If that electronic display mailfunction, to replace it would cost as much as the entire oven. lol.
It’s so beautiful ❤️
I agree.
You MUST NOT use BOOST on CAST IRON. Could explode 🙃 U Beginner
That front panel being motorized sounds like the kind of unnecessary complication that needs repairs all the time. A spring-loaded system would have done fine.
Soft close isn't motorized. It's an old age hinge that will outlive you.
@@wrxzboost I'm guessing they're talking about the digital display, not the oven handle
Can grandma use this range?. Very high tech, and, honestly, too many things to go wrong.
This is miele, no way anything would go wrong. There are barely any cases of any products breaking. They are actually the most reliable brand of home appliances.
This Oma..(grandma) uses it just fine
@@alostcord8781 - Glad to hear.

That’s not a steam Oven!
Literally more than twice what other ranges cost.
And Lamborghinis are more expensive than Hyundais
Stop moving so fast, regular & new customers don’t do that!
