Around 38:00 you build the Avalanche Warriors and had to spend a worker and a stone. Aren't you supposed to put the worker on the 'spent workers' instead of putting it into the supply? Thank you for making this so fun to watch and easy to follow!
Around 50:50 you did the Construct action to build a card for free, but then also played out a field card that required the Construct action to build. Are you allowed to put out multiple cards like this on a single Construct action if there aren't the red "react" things on them?
I might be way off.... so correct me if I’m wrong.... but I think you MUST do the (free) construct action to build any “Construct to build” cards. Like, I think that was literally the only way to even get that card out. So in that example I think that not only was it legal, but a good motivator (getting two cards out) for taking the action then.
@@TomTeachesGames Ok, I think you're right on that . It's just a little confusing in that it doesn't have the red boost background color, even though it acts like those cards. But maybe it's different b/c it sticks around & others have a one-time effect. However, the big thing that was missed was that you need to spend a food to do the extra actions with the pawns. I thought maybe that was just a solo thing, but I think it's all the time (which would make all those extra food tokens handy...).
Oh my gosh!!!!! You are SOOOOOO RIGHT! I did it in my practice video but I TOTALLY forgot it in my recording! 🤯🤬 Gah!!!!! I’m so mad at myself and so thankful that you reminded me. I’ll get that annotated when possible. You are the best. Thanks a million!
@@TomTeachesGames You're quite welcome. I know there's so much to keep in your head at once creating these videos and trying to make reasonable plays for 2 (or more) players during a run through. Thanks so much for doing these & sharing your crafty storage solutions.
I didn't keep proper notes on the way through this time (I got distracted) but I did notice that on red's last two sail actions, you spent a fish (okay, the last one, you spent a coin as a fish), but discarded it to the resource tray rather than leaving it on the boat, so red should have been dealing with the distant islands rather than blind-drawing local ones.
Great review. Very helpful. Thanks!

Distracted?!? While watching one of MY videos? Unheard of! 😜
Thanks a bunch for spotting those things! I’ll get them annotated. You rock
