Also she told me to stop drinking from plastic bottles, I’ve brought a berkly water machine it’s abit expensive but my skin and hair has been so decent since stopping drinking from plastic bottles x

The spermadine helps promote health in nails and hair and keeps hair in the androgen faze. This has all been recommended to me by Nutritionlist from Harley street London, hope your hair journey goes well and you recover I have the same thing but I have seen a big improvement in my hair x

Please try spermadine suppliments twice a day, omega three vitamin d, iron, folic acid and magnesium it’s really helping me x
