Where’s the gloves as I meat cutter I use mesh glove on the left hand while underneath is another glove and the right hand has another glove it’s hygienic to wear gloves while cutting meat for the public
Its not required but what is required is proper hand washing. Ive worked in meat departments both wholesale factories and retail supermarkets. When I worked in the meat plant you were REQUIRED to wear a cutting glove on your non cutting. most people wore a rubber/latex glove onto of that the steel/mesh cutting glove and a cotton glove on top of that. your cutting hand a rubber glove with a cotton glove on top. you NEVER cut with a rubber glove directly contacting the knife handle they saw it as unsafe and easy to slip. the only glove that was required was the cutting glove everything else was optional for comfort/keep your hands warm. on the Retail side I'm not required to wear a cutting glove but I know some places that do. Rubber is optional but I prefer to wear when I can so when I go home I don't got that meat smell on my hands
my retired 40 yr meat cutter hubs wants to know how you wrapped those steaks, super packs...he complimented your work!!
Yes ..the steaks were wrapped in family packs ...and thank you .2 more years to go for me .
She wasn’t talkin to you 😂
Rick broke two bone-in blades in one day for cutting too much, and Tracy overheated the scale
insightful and cool!
Looks like your working at a Kroger store of some sort . Wish I still had a Hobart saw , I stuck with the crappy Biro.
tony dahl your exactly right....currently working at a different location doing twice the volume with lots more help
No glove violation.
correct me if i'm wrong on what you've been cutting...
1. T-bone (porterhouse)
2. stew meat
3. sizzler steak

First one was chuck roast idk why he's scrapping the shit unless he used the bone in blade to cut boneless
@@xinitarchives That’s exactly what I was thinking haha
ShawnTD thats a bone in chuck, you can hear the bone hitting the block when he flips it
