My suggestion is to revamp the landline telephone exchanges with new tech and instruments compatible with WhatsApp etc

Can Govt tell ,when the recruitment advertise appear,when exams conducted,how many vacancies were in the original ad,how many are filled,how many students appeared for exam,what is the percentage of vacancies in relation to the students appeared ,what is necessity to make as an event of giving appointment latters in person.
