Finally, a house in Texas, in a decent price, that does NOT have jack and Jill bathrooms. These new builds should all come with en-suites, in my opinion. It’s not a lot more money. I won’t even entertain a house that doesn’t have a bathroom inside every bedroom. Thank you J. Patrick Homes for doing that and thank you for this wonderful house tour! The house is gorgeous and I love how you don’t talk, talk, talk; you show the HOUSE.

Love the grounds, well laid out and functional, love love the master suite, bathroom exquisite, closet could be a bit larger so one could sit in there with a larger island. . I love that there's no carpet in the games area. All in all a really wonder house. Inside and out.
