Tap Chopping is fast, easy and fun (and safe!)
I always wondered how those cool Asian chefs went whackity-wackity-whack-whack so incredibly fast - and ended up with fingers still on their hands!
I learned this from Jamie Oliver is one of his videos.
It really changed my approach to and SPEED of chopping veggies.
It works best on low-height things, not potatoes, f'rinstance.
