I haven't had Chicheme since I left panama in 1998, am so exited to make some this weekend.
I would love to see a caldo or arroz con pollo those are my favorite
Mucho tiempo sin chicheme!! My advice is to let it cook for longer than you think. Until the corn is super soft. I made it I a second time and let the corn cook for way more than I did the first and it was so much better. Arroz con pollo sounds amazing!!! I have to give it a try.
