It’s wild to me that an agency would make you spend this much on headshots when your “old” headshots still look exactly like you.

I believe it's more about the look of the characters I could portray with my headshots rather than how I look in general. ❤️ I am still using the old ones on top of the new ones 😊 I am very happy with the outcome of the headshots.

I'm curious - did the photographer give you poses and ideas for these different looks? I feel like most of my headshots from my last shoot had the same look and feel to them, even when I was wearing a different outfit. Did you plan those poses and expressions, or how did it happen? (They look great, by the way!)

Thanks so much! No, the photographer didn't give me any pose ideas this time but of course did direct me a bit like, big laugh, think of ____, chin up... things like that. He did choose the exterior locations and told me where to stand. I have done headshots probably over 20 times, so I have some experience so I think it was a combination of him placing me in the right place and me having a good idea of what he had in mind for that location. I have worked with some that do provide a lot of feedback and pose ideas. I think they usually go with what you need.

By the way, have you done any past videos on learning how to speak in different accents and if so, what are the video titles? I have to learn to speak in a Brooklyn accent for my Casting Networks audio reel, but NONE of the New York accent instruction UA-cam videos I Googled helped me much. Watching Welcome Back Kotter episodes did help, but I was wondering if you had any tips (in your videos) about accent speaking. I also want to learn Chicago and Boston accents. For some reason I can do British accents really easily.
