My favorite was the angels. I'm hoping that my grandson will be able to cut me out a couple. I like them the way you did them without any extras. You are such a handy talented gifted young lady
Girl you are taunting me with a reboot of the glass globes from last year lol!!! STILL can't find them anywhere!!! I'm on a mission!! Hope your Thanksgiving was amazing! And by the way-those "Pringle bells"!!! Are you kidding me? Just WOW!!
Julie, I have the biggest CRUSH on those Globes in your tree ! I look ALL YEAR AROUND for those at Auctions, etc ! I love those !!! Then the chip cans turned into BELLS !!! Love everything, but those are my favorite ! ❤️❤️🌲🌲🌲❤️❤️
I love adding antique wax to good items. They can really end up looking like antique brass. Scrumptious! I’m with you on using antique wax on so many items. They should really call it antique magic. I love to use copper cookie cutters that I thrifted in my kitchen during Christmas. Some I leave out year round. I now sand all of my new books because I seen you do it. I can now make any book look vintage with antique wax/water mixture and my sander. It’s an easy way to remove the titles too when you want to paint them and create something different. I love all of your videos. It was nice to see a lot of the projects I have seen again. It helps remind me of things I would like to create that I was unable to when I initially seen them. I really wish UA-cam would add a ❤ button. I would definitely use it on your videos.
You are so creative. I loved all of your ideas. If I must pick, the sled was so cute, my favorites are the red book covers with the white IOD stamp. What a beautiful idea. The Christmas angels are so cute!! What a good idea to antique wax the gold Christmas balls and put them on the tree to add more dimension, colour and life to the tree. What is Christmas without some gold and red. Lol. 😂🎄🎄 Well done Julie, you made everything beautiful as always. Second hand or vintage Christmas decor are my favorite to collect at social shops, flea markets, etc. I went to 2 shops yesterday. I paid 10 euros for a whole bag of second hand Xmas goodies to repurpose. If one doesn't have a big budget to buy anything new, second hand is the way to go. I always think about people who are struggling financially over Xmas. One can go into nature and collect lots of pine cones, pieces of sticks, dried berries, etc, give them abit of paint, or ribbon and twine, and you have free ornaments. One can use good ol toilet roll cardboard to make Christmas crackers. Paint them white if you want to. Put a lovely small thrifted gift inside, or a chocolate, a poem, wrap in white crinkle paper, or colour of choice, tie the ends with twine and embellish. That way you can personalise your Christmas crackers than buy those cheap store ones which contain junk. And let's not forget popcorn strings. So much one can do on a small budget. For those that like sweeties, one can buy a big bag of them. The one with the wrapper on each end. Tie some cotton on the ends, and hang them all over the tree. I hope everyone gets a chance to be blessed and feel loved this Christmas.🎄❤️🎄
I'm loving everything in this video but I just wanted to say that the faux bell could also be hung on a wreath of some kind so the bell's "clanger" could more easily be seen. Turned out so cute!
I love that you use bunnies thru the winter also. I'm a rabbit mom of 4, so I have several clay and concrete rabbits thru out my house year round. Winter rabbits are Awesome with my winter white decor in my home. You do wonderfull work. You are so creative. Thank you for all you do.
I love all of them. You are so creative and give good instructions. My personal favorite are the angels. Would buy them from you web store, even if smaller versions.
Wonderful ideas. Makes your Christmas decor look very warm and inviting. I love all the white but I think on the light globe that you attach to a spindle to make a bell, it would be interesting to antique the Bell portion of it to see how that turned out. You really have a knack for reusing and repurposing things thank you
Hello Julie, these are the videos that I love, and this one is at the moment best one ever. Can,t say which project is the best for me. Do you get to sleep in the night or do you only think gosh what could I do with these two pieces? When I see what you do, then I most always think, oh my god , its so easy. Well again 100 % thanks alot.
You could put little you can get little voters that's got a timer on them and you could put them in those little jars and make little have light in them on your tree would be really pretty to add to that I'm doing them in baby food jars and putting them on the tree with little things in them and snow it's going to it's turning out so pretty you keep up the good work I love watching you
Love love all the diy ideas! Recently I wanted to make over plastic dollar tree ornaments. I used the wooden part of round paintbrushes (small ones)to hold the ornaments in place and wide mouth mason jars to keep them in place to dry! It worked and was so easy!
I love everything you did. The lamps globes you painted and hung in the tree were my favorite. I love how those came out. I am in love with your angels you made.
