Ya'll have OCD about matching lineup BR numbers. Uptiering it doesn't really matter because anything will kill it anyway, and the IS-7 is fine at 8.3 with almost the same cannon.
Had a game in this thing where i punched through the front plate of the t95 then the next shot gets eaten by is2 volumetric lol

Its a unique vehicle that would be really popular in the golden days of Armor meta, when CHEAT-FS and darts were limited to a few "Top Tier" tanks
i can confirm this thing one shots a maus. Didnt know this vehilce and was very surprised when it one shot me frontaly. I admit i didnt angle at that moment but i was still surprised.
Bruh that BTR kill near the start made no sense... the shell went all the way through to the back of the tank, exploded, and somehow sent spall through the engine into the ammo-rack, how even. I would love it if Gaijin pitched some changes to the way spall works in-game because it's kinda ridiculous, they're like little heat-seeking missiles atm.

I will say that so long as you use environment to your benefit, this thing is great in CQB as well. It feels like a damn shot gun. I was playing on that city map with a river through it and all the objectives are in a line (I can't remember what it's called) and absolutely schwacked the enemy team by flanking over the river. 11 kills 1 death. It's death to every heavy and medium tank.
Kills the maus with ease but the russian armor still stops it.

Interesting to be here so early. Personally I don't care about this vehicle to much. Haven't played the Chinese tech tree and it was behind quite a long of a grind.

How should a 130mm with 900m/s have 312mm pen and a 128mm with 960m/s only 270mm ? Even the 128/88 APDS has only slightly over 310mm pen , I smell some magic Russian shells again .
The 60° angle pen is also very high , 107mm omfg . 😅

It's the poor man's IS-7 IMO with the gun it has. China literally put the IS-7's gun on a Type 62 with a big head and called it a day and i love it. However. It shouldn't be 7.3 minus no lineup which is a excuse. Make it 8.3 and it works great with my ZTZ59A either as a backup or as 1st use because of the gun.
Love guns with massive APHE, this thing is just a way for me to enjoy the gun of the is7 without paying a thousand bucks
