In terms of looks the challenger 1 looks like a no nonsense war machine much like the T72-T90 series of tanks which makes the British BR 10.3 with the Bhishma T90S and Challenger 1 one of my favourite lineups in game.
I mean, the Challenger DS is the only premium I have and it has gotten me through the entire British ground tech tree, so It's got to be doing something right

FV4030/4 Challenger 1 was in fact, a model that was to be exported to third countries, an evolution of the Chieftain with composite Dorcherster Armour and Diesel R&R engine. But the new MBT for the UK was to be the FV4601/MBT-80 program, that was in the likes of a M1A2 Abrams EVEN BEFORE the M1A2 got into service in the 90s.

The Chally DS was pretty good before, i used it for most of the British tech tree. Now with L26 it is an absolute beast. I used to run the 10.0 version with the Chally mk3 10.3 anyway. Now that it has the same round and its the same br its just as capable.
Well, i watched few of yours videos, because i kinda got very confused grinding up (im 4 nations on 10+ BR) i know, i should know more after 1k hours gameplay. AND im always intrested on buying premium vehicles, while i have many, to help me progress faster. And i was asking myself, am i mad buying them? So i found your chanel, and i must say im enjoying it very much. U deserve more recognition on work you do in all of the videos. Thank you for all info! Helped alot.

I wanted to buy it in the may sales but I paid full price because I had been waiting all year for it and I approved to buy the rooikat 105 right now I have the full line up of pure premium and the t90
for me it is by far the worst premium at this BR range. especially after they bumped it up to 10.3... It really has no place in 10.3 other than being a target for the other team. its slow, very badly armoured and extremely loud. I mean the italian ariete P has essentially the same firepower with the DM33 round. but at least its semi fast and the turret armor seems to work much better than the armour on the DS:..... Dont buy it, unless you are a masochist and a hardcore Challenger fan (as I am).
It's not worth buy. You'll face non stop and I mean non stop full 1.0 - 0.7 uptier. I have played over 100 games an all uptier with only one recored full downtier. It is enough to go insane.

It’s one of my favorite vehicles and my most played tank in the game. Fits well in the amazing 10.3 Britain lineup, especially after the L26 buff.

I love you so much, I've been searching for a review for this thing for absolutely ages and was about to give up. This is why i'm subbed.
The fact that it finally has a good reverse speed (after the Khalid) was godsend after suffering trough half rank 6 with the Centurions!

It’s better than ever now that it has L26 and sits at 10.3. That 10.3 lineup is beefy.

That's a mistake, you could have waited till the summer sale or buyed the rooikat instead
