Australian here - I've grown eucalyptus varieties for trees for years (they're native to Australia) - they always germinate very quickly. I glad they performed for you!
How great to be able to have a beautiful Eucalyptus tree! ❤️. Thank you for letting me know. It is comforting to hear they do germinate faster than I was expecting! 👏🏻😁
Wow, that's pretty amazing about the Eucalyptus seeds germinating already?! I'm sure they're the right seeds; what you're doing must be making them happy and they're ready to grow! I agree that sunshine in the winter is SO good for the soul. 🌞😊 I have a database of my favorite flowers and a couple of them are Italian Ranunculus called Success Renoir and Success Felicidade. SO beautiful. What kind do you grow?
It’s exciting! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I am going to have to lookup the Ranunculus.. 😂 I’m guessing they are basic since I do not know much about them. Thanks for the names to research! I appreciate it! ❤️👏🏻
The baby blue bouquet germinated the same for me as well, I wrote johnnys to ask if I got the wrong seed but they never wrote back. Several of mine were the red color of the stem. I used LED lights and a heat mat too. My lisianthus seeds also germinated in 5 days. They came up before the eucalyptus. I wrote about it in the lisianthus group on Facebook :) to ask questions. I have doublini and the Roseanne series. All but 2 of them came up but it was in the end row so it’s possible I didn’t put anything in there. The eucalyptus I only had about 50% but I think I left the plastic on too long. I restarted them on 1/2 and they are already 1/4” tall.(the eucalyptus)
That is great to hear! Thank you for sharing! Makes me feel like they are indeed Eucalyptus! The stem is red! 👏🏻😁 I hope you have a fantastic growing season! Sounds like you already have some beauties growing!! 🌸❤️😎
@@MarshsGarden I found that this year and last year I had germination between 3-5 days for lisianthus and Eucalyptus, the same with this year. I leave mine on for a while at least until they get they have their 2nd set of leaves with no problems and I don't use a heat mat.

Thank you! It really depends on the weather but the grass should start turning green in April! 👏🏻❤️
Congratulations! I growed last year eucalyptus, and it also germinated much faster than expected, even though seeds were 2 years old.
That is awesome!! 👏🏻. You all are giving me confidence that it is Eucalyptus. Thank you!! 👏🏻❤️
My Eucalyptus germinated quickly also this year! I take my trays off the heat mat once 50% have germinated:)
That is excellent!! 👏🏻😁. Thank you for the tip with the heat mat!!
