I loved the exhibit! The bonsai I liked most was the first big maple! Took 10 minutes of looking at it before continuing the video! When you showed the 800 years old bonsai I thought "I wonder if anyone famous from the Sengoku era owned it?" Imagine my surprise when you tell me that my favorite Sengoku Daimyo was the owner!! Hope you are keeping well and are enjoying lessons with Okada-sensei!
Didn't think I could be so captivated by anything horticultural like this but as ever, I was fascinated by every minute of this. Thank you so much for yet another wonderfully informative but fun video. The more I learn, the more I appear to be genuinely in awe of the Japenese approach to so many issues. Many, many thanks Phil and Rache, UK 🇬🇧❤👍👍👍
Sadly BONZAI has become common usage even from people who claim to be teachers. The tree at 545 marked gummy is a dwarf persimmon. I'm interested in why you call it gummy? Another great post. 👍
Absolutely amazing ❤ love it so much ❤️
Thank you for watching Deep Japan. Huge Bonsai had an impact.
Simply phenomenal! Love them!
Thank you for your comment. It is the art which requires decades to complete. Amazing.
Amazing, beautiful bonsai 👏❤👍🤗🙏
Thank you for your comment. If you see them with your own eyes, they have more impact.

Out of this world!! Thank you for the video!
Thank you for watching. They are really amazing.
Quality video. Love your infrequent interjections on important trees. Also, the price blurbs are informative. Cheers.👍👍👍
Thank you for your comment. Bonsai is expensive because sometimes it takes whole your life to raise. And please enjoy Deep Japan channel.

I’m sorry if it is persimmon. There was a gummy on the entry list, and I thought it must be gummy. Thank you for watching and comment.
