Nice, finally a Ducati that is affordable.
Lol
Kind of
Even in a racing game I play called The Crew 2, the Ducati is so darn expensive! (In game currency)
Lol
Not gonna lie, I first read the title as “Ducati Pringle”
What about us?
@@whippytv7575 lol
Ngl i would Love to See that
😂
More Technic stuff please!!!
Nice, also I'm digging the old music, very nostalgic!
Agreed! Takes me back...
Flashback!!!!!
100% agree
Absolutely agree, watching some older videos the other day and this music is Jangbricks isn't it.
Could actually turn it up a bit more in the mix, can only just hear it.
This is much better. Old jang is back
I bought this set a while back, and I love it. I'm not a motorbike enthusiast either, so I don't understand what a lot of the stuff does, but I still really enjoyed the build.
I did leave the stickers off, and I think it looks perfectly fine without them, but that might just be because I don't care too much about what the stickers are trying to emulate.
One thing I've noticed that does bother me a little, that you didn't mention here, is that the transmission lever going down can actually catch just a little on the long panel underneath it. It's not enough to be a potential cause for damage, but it is slightly annoying. I assume it's just a simple fix of not pushing the lever all the way on to the axle though.
When building it, I did think about replacing a bunch of the blue/red/yellow pins and axles with black/grey ones from my own parts collection, but I figured I wouldn't mind the ones the set comes with too much (and I was right, I don't), and it would take quite a large chunk of those parts out of my collection if I did use black/grey ones instead (and I probably still need to buy more of them for my own MOCs still).
I would like to at some point modify the set to use a kickstand though, 'cause I don't really like the stand it comes with, but that's just another very minor thing.
In the end, I love the set, and think it was 100% worth buying. It's made me want to get more of the Technic bike sets too, so I recently added a bunch of the sets to my wishlist on Bricklink. Unfortunately, I'm saving money for other things, so can't really commit to buying any unless they're super-cheap.
I'm getting this one for my lil bro's birthday. He has the blue bike
Your a good big brother
The orange part in the gearbox was first used in the Chiron!
Do more technic, please!! You give the best reviews and we need more technic ones.
Nice to see you branching out, keep it up!
I own the actual bike so I bought this set to go with it
Wow, you're rich :) Hope you enjoy both of you're bikes ;)
I understand the use of stickers, but that doesn't mean I'm thrilled about it either. I would have preferred printed pieces, but for the cost of production I accept what was done. I just want to display this and over time stickers let go and feather out.
I've never clear coated a lego before, but this might be my first time doing so to protect the decals. Works well in the modeling world.
This is a great set for the Money, I brought it on release, for the amount of pieces it takes quite a long time to build. Thanks for the video Jang
As a Ducati owner, this model is great! Mine is on order. Motorcycles are just something you get or don't. For @Jangbricks, who admittedly said he isn't a bike guy, this is a great review! I am glad you liked it so much.
Just bought this set last night. Assembled it earlier 2day. I love it. It's not perfect but I'm overall satisfied with it. I agree with jang. It could have used some more panel pieces 2 kind of cover up more of the frame and contour it a little better. I'm a fan of technic and system brick sets. I like 2 make my own mocs using both styles. When I finished building this set I immediately thought "that front cowl assembly looks like a robot insect. I wonder if I could build a transformer type moc out of these parts. That would b sick" lol. I recommend this set 2 any1.
YES! Finally Technic review! Thanks JANG, looking forward to more!
Oh my god the music! I love it! Brought back such good feelings.
Thanks. I collect Technic motorcycles and have all of them. Regarding the fairing around the engine, part of the appeal of Technic motorcycles is being able to see parts of the engine moving. So for me I'm happy I can see a bit more what's going on.
Just bought this and as much as I wanted to find everything out on my own, ended up watching. I love lego and have a whole area that's just lego stuff in my house (god bless my wife for putting up with me) and have an actual Panigale V4r (also thank you to her for letting me ride this death machine), so this was kinda a must. No one *needs* to go 200 mph on a motorcycle... but some of us *want* to. In regards to your comment about the aerodynamic bits... Yes it's a "production bike" that most people can buy, but it is based on a race bike, as nearly all Ducati stuff is. That's like complaining that a Lamborghini is too much of a race car! ...oh yeah, because Lamborghini (Volkswagen-Audi-Lamborghini) has literally owned Ducati for 10 years now ;D
Hey Jang, you are so much more disciplined than I am - there's a huge pile of unopened Lego boxes - hundreds - piling up and you've inspired me to build my Technic BMW motorbike from a few years ago. I love the complexity of the Technic engines and gearing - the large orange Porsche was such a gas.
One of the very best LEGO channels on UA-cam! Thanks, Jang!
I can’t be the only one that wants to get this only to see what size bionicle fits on it
I cannot believe you assembled this kit in 2 hours. I have probably 4 or 5 hours into mine, and it's not even close to being done. Which is fine -- I love the building process.
Me: Daydreaming about my Lego wishlist

Looks cool
I have and love this too. Thought the use of an elastic band as part of the drive train was great.
the bike has a mustache, you can not unsee that now
I instantly clicked I showed you to my dad who is a motorcycle fanatic and he loved that I watched your channel he loves this video
Nice review, it would be good to see more Technic reviews from you. Keep up the good work ;-)
I can't be the only one that thinks the nose area of the bike looks like a dog... Right???
ᎷᎡ.KᎪ- ᏴᎾᎾᎷ you not the only one
I saw daemon but yes, I know what you mean.
Not at all
ᎷᎡ.KᎪ- ᏴᎾᎾᎷ I saw the face of the landstrider from The Dark Crystal.
I think it looks like a pig :L
As a motorcyclist, and building Technic since i was a kid (that was actually a looong time ago), i really enjoyed this set. I have quite a few of the big Technic motorcycles, going back to the early 90's. It's good to step out he comfort zone from time-to-time, and can be quite surprising :)
I might buy this, I'm interested in motorcycles but I'm not a expert and it's technic and I would rather put my money to a theme I like and just expand that collection but I definitely would get this probably at a later date I'm more interested in the bike technic sets than the car ones I prefer those to be brick/ system based especially in the style of speed champions or like the creator expert.
I liked this alot too. Hate the stand though. It's not really stable. I love how accurate the build is. As in, making the frame first where the engine hangs in and a subframe as a seperate part. The fact that the cylinders are actually positioned as a V4 put a smile on my face too. Yeah I liked this alot.
This looks epic!
No
Thanks Jang Looks Good well done.🤠
I just love it when I see Star Wars ads on YT videos. Beautiful, beautiful Mando ad for D+.
I'm also not much of a motorcycle fan myself, but if Lego decided one day to make a Technic Can-Am Spyder motorcycle, that would be extremely cool and I think I would buy that one! I'm still curious about those pins being color-locked in blue and others in red, it's a bit strange and they never stopped making those, there's got to be a way to give those pins a different color, but like you Jang, I'm not bothered by those pins throughout that Ducati, it's a Technic look that's been there for ages. Cool review, Jang!
JANG, I double checked your spare pieces with the spare pieces Sariel had in his review video. You’re all good! Those two pins left over seem to be normal
Great review mate!
Please can you do more Technic, more so with the larger sets...
Great work!
Great video 😁
The bike weighs 164kg/361lb, and puts out 234bhp out of the crate !
Props to the LEGO designer, but could've done with much a bigger rear tire, imo
*The Only UA-camr who does not use Animal crossing music or WII music*
it looks amazing
This is a perfectly good bilt! Most of the stickers is because te sports bike has sponsors! ...That's a good deal! Looks very good! :)
YAY TECHNIC
It looks really good! I like it
Great review, you should do more Technic reviews :)
Been thinking of getting this - I'm not really into motorcycles either, but I was quite impressed with the BMW R1200GS which I got because of the 8860 homage build. This one looks like it's in the same "league" as the R1200GS.
I have this too. And I love it
Jang, i was just watching the pure builds
Very much enjoyed this build! Looks great next to the Lambo'! When you gonna hit us with the pirate 3-1 review!?!?
Where the light is it looks like Bionicle’s
This will open the apetite for Technics to Jang :D
What a great price for such a substantial build
That orange gear peace if I’m not mistaken is used on the Defender and the Bugatti and I think the Lamborghini as well as a lot of more modern sets
Was thinking of getting this for dad, thanks for the review
I like sets that are brick on the outside and technic underneath, like the Land Rover Defender that I proudly display on my dresser.
I think this is one of the better technic sets of this year. It reminds me a lot of the Super Cars that LEGO has made
11:19 I had a spare piece too!
Will you review the Diagon Alley? I love that set
You said Ducati panigale like the kinda person who rides one XD
I just can't 'not-see' the lack of brake calipers.
Eh, whatever
0:22 he prefers his top ten bentley coupe
Sooo good
Agreed.
The helical shifter is also in the Bugatti Chiron set, and used for the gear shifting
The shifter piece was added with 42083
60e? I'm not a bike person either, but this is pretty slick. I will maybe try to get it on some weekend.
jang post a technic video
me: it's been 3000 years
Wow last time I watched you was 2016 😁
I would love it if you could do more technic
I wonder if lego would ever make any of these technic sets into mini figures size
They’ve made a few sets with “technic mini figures” so yeah, also you can use the original ones with the some technic sets with a little difficulty
@@Crummieboi56 ok oh thnks for the information!
As a Panigale V4 owner, this looks terrible, could have at least included a front mudgaurd
I had two black pins left over and had the same thought lol
3:30 It looks like eyes and a moustache, haha!
Niccee!!
The shifter piece is from the bugatti chiron
Nice
With most technic sets you build from the inside out. Ystem usually bottom up.
I also had two black pieces left out. Also found it mega weird! I don't think I missed a step though...
The orange transmission first appeared in the technic bugatti chiron in 2018
Lego always puts the front wheels facing the wrong way! :D The grooves are the other way around. True front bike tires always lead the water to the inside, not the outside.
The internals are like smoler and simpler versions of the big 1:8 scale cars
I might buy this, I'm interested in motorcycles but I'm not a expert and it's technic and I would rather put my money to a theme I like and just expand that collection but I definitely would get this probably at a later date I'm more interested in the bike technic sets than the car ones I prefer those to be brick/ system based especially in the style of speed champions or like the creator expert.
I feel like the front of the bike in this LEGO modal could b used for the face of a dragon, golem creature, etc
Not sure if you faced this issue, I reached step 102 where you need to test the gearbox, for some reason mine only seems to work when its on neutral, and doesn't work when i rotate it up or down..wondering if you know why?
The orange wave selector has been around since the Bugatti Chiron in 2018
I think I’m going to get this set, then go back and get the BMW adventure bike
I have the BMW bike. It’s a great set. Very good display piece for a vehicle and BMW fan like myself.
This is basically a reskin of the blue technic bike, which i like better
As a system fan, that Technic set really looks rather interesting! I agree that the usage of pins are forgivable as it's more of a functional model and doesn't need to be realistic.
Nicely done, hope to see more Technic!
that part that wasnt covered is actually how it is supposed to be on a real motorcycle (i have one)
I’m thinking of getting this set but I’m not gonna apply the stickers
The shifting mechanism was first introduced with the Bugatti.
I wish LEGO could make 'technic' level detail in normal, brick, "classic" sets...Anyone else agree?
I agree
Agreed. I'm not a fan of Technic because I prefer the look of Lego System sets but seeing the Fast and Furious set made me really want those features in a Creator Expert car. So we'd get the mechanisms of a Technic set but with the looks of a System set.
Gotta love those blue pins. 😠
Why they don't sell colour appropriate pins in their shop, well I just don't know.
I want it
I wonder if the Lego buildable figures like the Star Wars ones are in scale to ride this thing
i miss the Bionicle stuff from this channel
I never use the stickers. Not for a clean look and not for replayability. The set sells a lot better with the sticker sheet and box intact.
Can you please do a review of set 60243 Police Helicopter Chase? I'm kinda interested in the set but idk whether to buy it or not.
According to bricklink this set does contain 2 extra black pins
Jang please turn comments on on all videos
When will you review the LEGO technic sian
