Thank you for your great tutorial. As an American descended from Eastern European immigrants [German and Slovak] I am a little chagrined to learn this from you instead of my grandmother but she past long before I was interested in cooking, so thank you again. I discovered you today and subscribed. I look forward to trying many of your recipes. Stay safe in these trying times.
Not only are your videos wonderful, you have such a calming , dulcet voice that is as soothing to the soul as your recipes are nourishing and delicious to the palate. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts to those of us not so endowed. You are such a blessing especially in these very trying times. May God bless and keep you and yours safe
My sister I can say you are so knowledgeable when it comes to making your own homemade ingredients what a wonderful gift to have and to share with others we thank you so very much may the Lord continue to bless the works of your hands stay safe you and your family
What wonderful informative video it was--very clear speaking, very straight forward instructions, and not too long , it kept the viewers attention to the max . Well done. !
Love these types of videos. I know from scratch is time consuming and sometimes not cost effective but i swear if it were possible I'd even make water from scratch. You just know what is in the final product and you can control how healthy it is. Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us. Blessings.
My Dear SWEET!, I search recipes constantly, and this video is the most valuable and precious to me! I use paprika almost as much as I use curry! Hungarian Paprika is not as readily available, sometimes I have to look for it in 3 or 4 stores, before I find the authentic brand that I love, so this recipe is a real God send, and funny enough, I just bought a dehydrator, so this is perfect timing! Thank you! Much love and appreciation! Good wishes, Good thoughts, Stay safe!
Smoked paprika is my favorite spice. I had no thought that I could do this myself. Thank you for the demo. I am definitely going to do this, and next summer I will grow my own paprika peppers.next summer
Omg!!! I use paprika and smoked paprika so much Sweet. You are simply the best. Just look at those colors. I have small dehydrator and I'm making this. I wish I could give 10 thumbs up because this video got me so excited 😊🙌❤❤
Eeii Sweet Adjeley! You’re wonderful! I can’t stop watching your videos. Wow! 😮 Now I have so much to on my hands to try. God bless you greatly. In fact, as one contributor said: your channel is an eye opener. Thank you 🙏
I make smoked peppers out on my Grill using wood for 4-5 hours. .Apple wood. I use those small red and orange sweet peppers you see in the store. But I grow them. I also grow Jalapeno peppers till they turn red. I do both. I cut them in half, clean out the seeds and then put them in the smoker. 4-5 hours. Then I put them in the dehydrator. When dry I put them in jars I save so that the humidity does not get at them. I put them in a coffee grinder and powder. You can only imagine how fantastic the powder is on deviled eggs. Let alone in things like chicken salad. Many other things. Sometimes I just put it on cut boiled eggs. The Jalapenos turn sweet when they turn red.
Thank you soooooo much for posting this video! I've been asking on other yt videos where to find smokey paprika? But now I know that I can make it myself! You've just saved me some money too, bc I don't have to buy it. Thanks!

If you really want to ramp it up and you have the resources, get a cheap smoker and smoke them with oak. The dehydrate until crisp. Grind in a spice grinder or small food processor, sieve then put in your dehydrator again. Siieve and put in an airtight jar (with small dehydrator packs (they're cheap and easily available). I find ripe Pablano are best but if you want spicier, you can use any other hotter peppers. If you like sweet, use sweeter, but always use ripe, red peppers. cheers.

I needed this video. Now I can make the smoked paprika myself. I have so much of the store-bought ones. Thanks for sharing!

Well done
for the first time, I learned there's food dryer (dehydrator). we are doing berebere similar but, I will try dehydrator.
thanks
If you have an air fryer for your insta pot it can also be used as a dehydrator! Amazing isn't it?
If you really want to ramp it up and you have the resources, get a cheap smoker and smoke them with oak. The dehydrate until crisp. Grind in a spice grinder or small food processor, sieve then put in your dehydrator again. Siieve and put in an airtight jar (with small dehydrator packs (they're cheap and easily available).
I find ripe Pablano are best but if you want spicier, you can use any other hotter peppers. If you like sweet, use sweeter, but always use ripe, red peppers. cheers.
Wow, this is very interesting to try out I m actually seeing dehydrator for the first time. This looks so beautiful and inviting
