I use paprika almost as much as I use curry!
Hungarian Paprika is not as readily available, sometimes I have to look for it in 3 or 4 stores, before I find the authentic brand that I love, so this recipe is a real God send, and funny enough, I just bought a dehydrator, so this is perfect timing!
