Introduction: "MAKE YOUR OWN KIND OF MUSIC I - IV"

Here are the first 4 pieces from a series of 8. Please excuse the bad quality in the first part, this is a download from Instagram and doesn't work well in a larger size!
Far too often we make ourselves dependent on what others think and whether others like something (or us). Both in professional life and in private life and of course also as an artist. While I created these works, there were circumstances that made me think about why this is the case, where it is appropriate and where it is not; when you should listen to yourself and not to anyone else.
All works are framed with a white floater frame and ready to hang. The paintings themselves are 40 x 40 cm (16 x 16 in) each, with frame they're 44 x 44 cm (17.3 x 17.3 in).
Important: The lighting during the hanging wasn't perfect, the colors are more realistic in the pics that follow!
