Your using the level 200 locked union trial version. Your red hood is more than 100 levels higher and has gear... each character level is visible when you check the damage

@@Ulti.V2 ... avert your eyes child for a wall of text is before you... quency isnt the end all dps but she does better if your higher level than 200 in synchro and go to the shooting range with the one you actually pulled. her damag does revolve around her 2nd passive so it sort of has to be 7 minimum ...also idk if you know but 60 fps is required for sub machinegun because of how damage is applied. i only mentuion it because i only ever found 2 references to this on the entire internet. not trying to be insulting. shes less dissapointing in 60 fps but she is no rei or asuka. reis nuke isnt distributed and is massive and asuka out guns quency
