Thank you Michael, I did door to door for 5 years selling solar. I transitioned into Real Estate which always been on the back of my mind during my 20s as long as I can remember. Took imperfect action. Not knowing what exactly to say, how to set up numbers, or write a contract. Found some good people in your community. It's my third week. Got 2 signed contracts. The title company found additional liens. Had to go back to both sellers on those 2 deals. Stop the foreclosure on the last day and hours. Closing both houses this week #FingersCrossed got some decent leads that I'm following up to change their life by going one door at a time.
Great Video. I wish you talked about qualification though. Regarding these 100 doors, were they from the fresh list of pre foreclosures? did you analyze 1000 addresses and figure out 100 properties that would fit in your/your client's buy box?, are these 100 doors pre sorted already? are these just about any pre foreclosure opportunities or did you research if some of these are addresses from people who were in pre foreclosure 100x in the past but always caught up on the payments, if the properties had judgments, liens... this would change your KPIs a bit. I am a bit analytical so I only like to work on properties that will work. I don't like to work and end up realizing that the property was no good in the first place. Of course I am not as successful as Michael or Pace but I am just a one person operation.
That is a limiting belief we need to get over. But guess what…foreclosure affects EVERY skin tone. People work with others they like and trust. Work on providing value and show you care. People care most about that.
