This was 6 months before Saiki's throat surgery, and 7 before Miku's...I don't know how long the concert was, but I'm sure they gave it everything they had ! 🤯🔥
@@victordiaz91929 Saiki had polyps removed in July 2017...2 weeks later,in August, Miku had nodules removed. They planned their procedures closely as to not interfere with their schedules. Miku's problem was not as serious as Saiki's so you hear very little about it.
Unfortunately, there is only a 30 minute video of this concert. This was in January 2017 and I think Miku plays her first Zemaitis here. Somehow I have the feeling they play the songs here with even more power than in later years.
I think that the feeling that they played the songs with more power is mainly due to the stage and the closeness with the public. Every time I watch the show at Tokyo Garden and compare it to other performances like this one, I feel like that particular "something" is missing.
@@instrumentalmaid Maybe you are right. Of course, the goal of band-maid is to play their music in front of as many people as possible. Misa once said that her big dream is to be able to play in big halls and stadiums. This is absolutely normal for an ambitious musician. It is a problem for many fans, who of course want to see the band as close as possible. A real dilemma. But I'm sure...even if they could play big stadiums, they would also keep coming back to clubs like Eggman.
@@instrumentalmaidsome of that might the venue itself and some issues with the production team on the TGT show. For one thing, the vocals on the blu ray sound cold. That and the harshness of the guitar sounds make me think first that the voltage levels were on the high end. Some guitarists keep a piece of gear called The Brown Box for such occasions. Running gear through any voltage conditioner would've helped on that side. Would've made the amps and PA warmer sounding as they should be. I don't know how much fault lies in the acoustics of the venue though. Personally, I'd rather see them do a show for video that didn't split its focus trying to do a Livestream as well. Instead of 8500 seats with people who don't know if they can shout or clap, shoot a 4000 seat hall with two shows back to back to choose from. Just my 2¢ worth. 👍
AMAZING! Loved this song from the MV and just today wondered if there was a live version. Damn. It's one thing doing all that in studio sessions, quite another to do it so well in a live gig. I'm not even into Rock/Metal (at ALL) but this is just too damn good!

After 10 year's , I can only hope BAND MAID can succeed to WORLD DOMINATION !
Sometimes I miss these young ladies. So fresh was my reaction back then.
I've seen them 3 times and still haven't seen this song live.
🤘😭🤘
Still the best shows EVER.
Life is still better with BAND-MAID!
🤘😝🤘
どのバンドにも言えるけどライブは同じ曲でもバージョン変えてくるから楽しくて仕方ない😊
特にバンドメイドは😊

@@frankandre4385thanks for the info
I just wish the entire performance was made available.
Imho this is the best live release they have ever done, second is Shinkiba Studio Coast. These 2 concerts are far from complete. What a shame.
@@kent-oveprestberg3578 I think their concert in japan with The Warning is in two days....that should be a metal festival!
Prrreoww ! Boy these girls really deliver the cookies ! Purrrrrrr -purrrrrrr !
Glorious! Of all my favorite blistering Band-Maid songs, this is one of them.

I love all of these ladies but Miku stole my heart years ago when I saw Thrill ❤
Excellent!!!❤
goddam
Yep you said it 😄👍🍻

Smoky Maids.. cool
thanks
Awesome ❤
I know how frustrating it can be to up-rez video, and you did a great job! No interlace lines on edges. That's always been a devil for me.
Love you're site ❤️ ♥️

Is it the same concert, where the footage for the „Secret my Lips“ official MV was taken from?🤔
I think so
