Dokkan super attacks have gone such a long way. From like 2 seconds of a single frame moving to proper mobile game animation to straight up anime movie fights is genuinely amazing. May dokkan grow further and beyond!

back in the day for the father son Kamehameha, they just had the unit card bounce up and down, to simulate a walking effect for the 18 ki super, now its a standard walking animation.
i remember when they changed it lol

4:45 you went from lightning of absolution to blades of judgement, that unit does have an updated lighting of absolution, its his active skill
There's this nostalgic feeling about the old attacks that I just can't get over with.
Str Gogeta was the original soul punisher tho, plus the old teq Majin vegeta had the original final atonement, int ultimate Gohan had the original burst rush as well, agl vegito's ssr had the first final kamehameha, the original instant transmission kamehameha.. there's a few of them tbh.. the Sr phy ssj goku is one, or the int ssr goku, phy kaioken goku was the first kaioken kamehameha x4.. also if you wanna be super technical, the Sr agl ssj trunks had the first shining sword

If you didnt know if you split Gogeta's face in half, the right half shows Goku's face and the left half shows Vegeta's faces. In the new SSB Vegito Active Skill there are Goku's and Vegeta's faces that merge together at the end, so for a single frame you can actually see Gogeta doing Vegito's move.

Holy shit you are right, it's so subtle but you can actually see Gogeta's hairstyle for a frame, Vegito did not only fuse the game schedules, he fused with Gogeta too lmao
@@ellisp276he's talking about LR SS4 Goku and Vegeta that fuse into SS4 Gogeta and when you use his active skill they are separated until they merge
Great video! Just a few things that could be said of a lot of SA. Soul punisher first appearance was STR Gogeta and then INT Gogeta. Same also with Final Kamehameha, it was PHY Vegito Blue. There are older animations for almost every SA, tho it was a nice comparison!

The original final kamehameha is actually ssr agl super vegito
Little known fact but the Original Final Kamehameha was actually from AGL Super Vegito. However he only uses it in his SSR form as it changes to the more well known Spirit Sword SA when he awakens. You can check it out for yourself by looking at AGL super Vegito’s SSR
He also showed a completely different move for Fusion Zamasu's "second" Lightning of Absolution lol

I've been playing since the first anniversary, and I must say that I had forgotten how bad the super attack animations used to be, although back in that day we used to get hyped over so small and simple improvements..
This feels nostalgic
I can't believe I played this game during middle school around 2nd anniversary. Now I'm in high school and this game just keeps getting better and better!
The best thing about the older animations is that they take like 5 seconds while the newer ones are a whole TikTok video or UA-cam short.

You should’ve used INT Fusion Zamasu’s active skill attack ”Lightning of Absolution” here instead of ”Blades of Judgement”

The actual original Super Spirit Bomb was used by TEQ SSJ Goku (The Prime Battle one) not the INT F2P unit.
the feeling of goku fully charging that super bomb and throwing it at buu always gives me a strange feeling of calmness and accomplishment like i helped him make it.

i'm not an OG player, i started the game right when Vegito and Buuhan came out during WWC and i'm so glad i did. Even though i haven't witnessed most of these old characters myself when they first came out, this still feels really nostalgic. Looking back at it, i was extremely hesitant to start the game this far in but i'm glad i did and i enjoy every second of it. This is to dokkan, hope this game continues to grow and become better and better,
The original Soul Punisher is STR Gogeta's
I think he means in the full technique, the STR One is just him rushing at you, then boom glitter everywhere.
Then again, that's just my perspective. Maybe he forgot

@aokyoutsuki7744 fair enough I know str gogeta is the original but maybe the creator wanted a more "fair" comparison but if he was to use the actual original stuff then yeah str or even INT gogeta should have been used, actually alot of units in this video doesn't have their first iterations of their attacks.

The Lightning of Absolution was not shown from the newer Zamasu, I think it's LR INT Zamasu's Ultra Super attack

You completely messed up with the "lightning of absolution" attack, INT Zamasu has an active skill called "lightning of absolution" and its definitely not his 18 ki blades of judgement

Shouldve used the older variants of these animations as the original. The 3rd year lrs are not the OG soul punisher, nor is that F2P goku the first spirit bomb. You also shouldve put the animation speed at 1x instead of 2x.
For zamasu you put blades of judgement instead of lighting of absolution
Basically Dokkan no budget back then vs Dokkan having budget now thanks to Datruth
They should release a dokkan fest super gogeta which has a standby into picking who protects you while you charge up a limit breaker kmaehameha
