It were never underrated. It were made by a well known composer who also made music for Conan, Robocop etc. and won a few awards for best movie music long time before Starship Troopers existed. People need to stop with fake "underrated" comments on UA-cam on things that were never underrated.

Would you be able to do the full Top Gun theme but without the electric guitar, that version was made but never actually released; I've heard some vids go with the instrumental up until the guitar kicks in and then they stop...but it would be really nice to have the full theme just without the guitar 😊
Hello. I'm not much aware of that but if you say the missing part is unreleased, I won't be able to do anything unfortunately... (or most probably it never exist at all). This said, they never released officially the full score. Very strange for such a popular movie and composer.
