If this sounds ridiculous then I apologize but I definitely needed something like this after going through a very annoying day at work today. There's just something great about hearing you talk with a voice actor and chatting it up that just makes me feel at ease. And the fact that its Kira just really brings it on home and now I have a good understanding on why she picked a cow girl for her v tuber model and honestly it makes perfect sense. She's still just as sweet as I've always thought that she would be from what little I have seen her and stuff, Still has that bright bubbly energy that I expected her to have and again I love that she's very much down to Earth. Not to mention she likes cows and that gives all of my respect lol. Really great job with this interview man!

The lines you come up with for the thumbnails are interesting, but I think it could be improved by clearing stating that the video is an interview with the VA in the image itself. From somebody skimming, the first impression I get is that it's another character review and/or guide. I really enjoy these interviews, and I really look forward to more.
i dont think the va image is necessary, just the character and a big yellow/red text that says "VA" or "Voice Actor" is fine. I've watched alot of va interviews on other games, and the thumbnails that did the best are all straight to the point and simple
