As a person who was adopted, this hits pretty good. I was super young, like less than a year old I think, when I was adopted, so I don't remember my birth-parents, but that's ok because I think it allows me to have a closer relationship with my adopted parents.
Wholesome audios like these should come with a warning, my tears from this wholesomeness could fry the electronics I'm soldering haha

Hey, excuse the incoming sappy comment. Trigger warning for anyone reading.
So, I grew up with my 2 parents and I had to deal with neglect. There'd be lots nights where my parents would order takeouts for themselves, and I'd be left with a sandwhich with spoiled cheese, or something of that sort. My parents weren't the kindest, they were never there for me and never cared for my mental health. I tried reaching out to trusted adults multiple times, but nobody ever believed me. So I grew up with an extremely low self esteem and an absolutely terrible mental state.
Why am I telling you this?
This audio made me really happy and it made me feel really loved. I know it's just an ASMR roleplay, but it had a massive impact. I have really close friends but I rarely actually feel loved and cared about. I know this feeling is only temporary because, again, this is just an ASMR video on youtube. But it's the little things that count really.
So, thank you so much, you have no idea how big of an impact this has. I really can't thank you enough.

I don't know why I'm so drawn to these. I have a pretty stable relationship with my mother, but I haven't felt comfortable opening up or being vulnerable around her in years. This fills some kind of hole in my heart but it also fills me with questions about how that hole got there in the first place.

But the order of pranks were: Glass eye in Mr Twit's beer, frog in Mrs Twit's bed, worms in Mr Twit's spaghetti, then an elaborate scheme where Mr Twit enlarged Mrs Twit's walking stick to make her think she was shrinking, then persuading her that she had to be anchored to the ground and pulled upwards by sixty balloons, then cutting her loose hoping she would float away and be lost. But she bit through the strings of the balloons and paced it so she could float back down slowly and then attack him.
