Nurse at Drs office took a hands on approach to examine the subject - she told me the blood was nothing to worry about. Said it could be from too much exercise (biking, running). Said to watch it for a couple of weeks and if it continued she’d give me antibiotics - it went away on its own. That was like 2 years ago - it happens every now and then but I’m not worried in the least.
How long it took to pass away? Was it gradually less blood? Cuz for me it's been 1 week and there's more and more blood. At first it was low amounts and pink. Now it's red but alot of it.
@@ab-oj9su Yeah im fine i went to urologist. I suggest you do the same if you want to be sure. It was actually prostatitis from catching cold. I had 2 bacterias and severely inflamed/enlarged prostate. Started using antibiotics and blood went away quickly. It's not the best outcome since prostatitis tends to be chronic but still.. alot better then cancer lol. Never had problems with prostate though. Maybe its covid complications since i heard that people who had covid often have urinary and memory problems.

I never had this issue until 50 y.o I’m on finasteride 1 mg for 5 years and recently changed to topical finasteride 0.5 mg because I had no semen then had blood on semen No infection or std only one sexual partner I had psa at age 45 and normal rectum exam 3 years ago . this problem should be talked about more openly, so that we don't freak or so bad. Is really sucks because you think you are the only one who has had it, and it's a soooo abnormal,that you think the worst.
anxiety is an understatement that I went to get a complete checkup, ultra sound colon scan, semen analysis, blood test for kidney, liver and prostate. this made me panic and just do a complete physical checkup as i am getting up in age. i am waiting on results and educating myself as much as i can and looking for exercise and diet.
Update: All medical tests came back good, I don't have any sign of prostate cancer. Scan and blood works are good. Also the bleeding went away after 10 days. I decided to also go on the Keto diet to control my sugar level, cut down to eating 2 smaller meals a day, no sugars, little carbs only at dinner. I skip breakfast. On the 2nd day I had a massive headache from the diet but it passed. I feel good, lots of energy, no hunger pains, no snacking. Plan is to reduce my liver which I am sure is full of fat from eating all the processed garbage and sugars. Same for my liver, giving it more love! Hoping it will also shrink my prostate which I am told is a bit big, but normal for my age. Will also look into exercise to help rotate the faddy deposits in the prostate glands to see if it will help with reducing size. I don't feel any discomfort in the area. But having spent 1 week mentally preparing I might die from prostate cancer was not a good felling. I also started cooking, don't do take-out anymore, it's all bad for you. I need to know what's going into making my food now, otherwise no point dieting. I not about eating less, it about eating healthy, quality foods and meals!

I have this issue since 21, and I am now 34. It goes away and come back intermittently. Doctor in Canada doesn’t help much but doctor in China identified my cause as varicosity(静脉曲张）in seminal tube. My experience to deal with this is to maintain exercise to the degree of not having significant belly growth, and avoid wearing tight pants. Wearing joggers or pants with waist band would be the best for this condition. Unfortunately doctors in western society won't even advice you what you can do about this except consolation.
In fact these doctors they suck at diagnosing the cause. In my case my cause is due to varicole. See yourself if it is relevant to you. If that’s the case, UA-cam has a lot of video related to that.
Recently it has been determined that one of the major root causes of chronic hematospermia is high level of Uric Acid in blood, which in turn leads to uric acid crystal depositions in body sites such as prostste. This results in secondary infection in prostate turning into prostatitis. One of the sings of proststis is chronic blood in semen. So that, if you have chronic hematospermia check the level of uric acid in your blood with a very simple blood work.

@@seekerandthinker mine was gone after a week (not more than 2 weeks). that time i didnt go to see a doctor and i didnt take any medications. what i did is i stop drinking soda(soft drinks such as coke/pepsi/mt dew etc..) for 2 years now. also i decrease my salty junk foods intake. also i drink a lot of water atleast 1 liter per hour(down side to that is you take piss multiple times per hour). as for "abstinence" thats a NO for me but no sexual contact until my sperm return back to its natural color. day by day i checked the sperm color by "mast****tion. NOTE: maybe we have different case but that is all what i did when i had it that time. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
This happened to me and I think I know what caused it. I think it was me drinking alcohol heavy while taking clonidine which is a blood pressure medicine. I just had to let it pass. It's very scary. But a relief that it's normal. I'm 29 btw

The first instance was having too much processed meat in a day, and my urine changed colour. Then I got this on and off from my semen. I got rid of it, then it came back. I started eating processed meat again after I got the all clear. So it's probably the root cause.
@waibaddahyou? for me what works best now is increasing selenium intake. It sucks I gotta be careful with red meat intake now but the following makes it go away: Cranberry juice (not sure on how much selenium there is in it but great for testosterone) Brazil nuts (high in selenium, great for testosterone and more effective than cranberry juice in getting rid of H) Selenium infused tea. There’s more foods out there if you research but these are my diet staples. Hope this helps anyone finding this video!

@@ab-oj9su actually yeah... It heals up. You have to make sure to get the blood clots out and actually urinate "pee" before you sleep... Otherwise it's one of the worse fights in the bathroom the next day. You can spend hours doing kegels, trying to force clots out of your urethra just so you can empty your bladder.

Are you okay now? I have it around middle of March, it gone around April and then back again at the end of the month. I worry a lot right now.

@@seekerandthinker mine was gone after a week (not more than 2 weeks). that time i didnt go to see a doctor and i didnt take any medications. what i did is i stop drinking soda(soft drinks such as coke/pepsi/mt dew etc..) for 2 years now. also i decrease my salty junk foods intake. also i drink a lot of water atleast 1 liter per hour(down side to that is you take piss multiple times per hour). as for "abstinence" thats a NO for me but no sexual contact until my sperm return back to its natural color. day by day i checked the sperm color by "mast****tion.
NOTE: maybe we have different case but that is all what i did when i had it that time.

@waibaddahyou? for me what works best now is increasing selenium intake. It sucks I gotta be careful with red meat intake now but the following makes it go away:
Cranberry juice (not sure on how much selenium there is in it but great for testosterone)
Brazil nuts (high in selenium, great for testosterone and more effective than cranberry juice in getting rid of H)
Selenium infused tea.
There’s more foods out there if you research but these are my diet staples. Hope this helps anyone finding this video!

I have had this for several years. It turns out the source was varicose veins in my prostrate (determined by the cytcoscopy (sp?). Although every once in a while it seems to be reducing, for the most part we are talking dark brown to bright red. I am really uncomfortable having sex with a new partner.

@@ab-oj9su actually yeah... It heals up. You have to make sure to get the blood clots out and actually urinate "pee" before you sleep... Otherwise it's one of the worse fights in the bathroom the next day. You can spend hours doing kegels, trying to force clots out of your urethra just so you can empty your bladder.
