- The record "Conditions" by The Temper Trap from australia was one of our favorites of the last year, with "Sweet Dispostion" as one of the strongest singles on it. So we were very lucky when they played us the song in an acoustic version before their show @ Batschkapp Frankfurt on the 3rd of march. Electric instruments are often used during acoustic shows, the point is that the amount of digital sound effects is limited or at least the sound is not that different from a real acoustic instrument. I've noticed the same thing with lots of other acoustic shows. You can discuss whether the term 'acoustic' is out of place but gotta admit that, quite often, it sounds awesome ;)

@Fepl Lol I'm not questioning if it sounds awesome or not. The term is just plain wrong. Synths also sound awesome but they're not acoustic. Words are used for a reason, if they lose their meaning, then what's the point in using them?
