I was driving to work when blasting this amazing song from my stereo on the day it was released. I stopped at a red light and a bus pulled up next to me. There was the most stunning girl sat on the bus just staring at me and bobbing her head. We made eye contact,I winked at her and she smiled. Then she mouthed to me " I love this song" and i smiled back. I have no idea why,but I followed the bus till she got off. I pulled up just after the bus was moving off from the bus stop. She was just stood there. I stopped and we chatted for a while. We are still together today and have a son. Every anniversary we go for a drive with this song on the stereo. And we always pass the bustop where we met. Thank you Temper Trap for the most amasing song of 2008 and still amazing today.

12th august, 2019, my best friend at the university, the most beautiful and lovely person I got to met in that horrible place, passed away just mere months away from finishing our studies and finally graduating... It's more than just a song to me. It's also the memory that gets attached to the song. The life that I used to live at the time. The feelings I used to feel at the time. That song literally took me way back just now while listening to it. Somehow the sound it still engraved in my mind, it's a permanent stain that will never go away and I don't want it to go away either. Those days were golden for me and for many people as well. It's more than just a song to me. It's also the memory that gets attached to the song. The life that I used to live at the time. The feelings I used to feel at the time. That song literally took me way back just now while listening to it. Somehow the sound it still engraved in my mind, it's a permanent stain that will never go away and I don't want it to go away either. Those days were golden for me and for many people as well. Nostalgia is a beautiful thing. UA-cam is our only version of a time machine at least for now...
