All musicians borrow from other musicians, but it becomes particularly attractive to try sueing them for chord theft when they've made a ton of money, and you might be able to bamboozle a jury into giving you some of it (c.f. 'Where there's a will, there's a relative...'). Maybe 'These Chords Are Illegal!' can be used as evidence in the next such court case...
