Also known as Mosa Trajectum. It had 3 golf courses, each with a name - Olive, Stone & Pine. 9 holes on each with a total of 27 holes.
Soon to be under a new name Altaona Golf & Country Village with a huge re-investment with a new 18 hole golf course opening very soon I made my second visit. With me was Jackie & Nick both golf players.

I don't think there will be a flood of people queuing up to buy houses for 1 million 250 thousand unless they have done their research. The housing market has picked up over the past couple of years but it can change at anytime here in Spain. There has been so many golf resorts that have fallen into decline over the years. Sorry to be so negative Shaun a prime example no names mentioned here in Almeria that has so many properties empty.
Thank you Nick and have to agree as I've seen a few that have not done very well while others are doing very well. They seem to done some good research on where it is, near the airport, city and not too far to the beach. Looking forward to returning next April to see how far they got and viewing these new villas.
